we have visited this store two times needing help in womens lingerie and mens shoes. January 17 at 615 pm there was a young man in the men shoes drinking water and trying to assist my husband for shoes on his phone. He was in the womens shoe department laughing with the other employees. Sad my husband was prepared to buy 2 pair of Johnston and Murphey.
As I waited on him I went to the lingerie to hopefully get fitted for 3 new wacoal bras. Just like last week oone was in the department to help customers. I looked for the manager but never was able to find anyone to help. This is sad we actually wanted a Kate Spade handbag again no help from the associates. This store needs help on customer service.

we attended the back to school fashion show, in which my son and daughters were in. It was a nice turnout. Not very organized, not a large selection for thicker sized children (like my girls, that I did not post for their personal reasons) (that's why I only gave them 3 stars) but it was nice and they were fun and the kids had fun once it got started and all the children looked lovely in their own choice of styled outfits!

I went to the lingerie department to purchase two bras for vacation events. The staff members were so helpful in selecting the appropriate styles and checking the fit. They even introduced me to a new product which I had never seen nor tried. I think I was in and out of the department in about 30 minutes -- incredibly quick. Three weeks later, I am really pleased with my purchases. Thank you for the knowledgeable and friendly service -- much better than online or no salespeople!

Horrible Staff.
I did not get her name, but the staff that was working behind the Antonio Melani section, with blonde/silver hair, had an accent, was very rude.
I shop at Dillard’s all the time and I was looking for some business casual pants. The staff chased us as if something was wrong and asked what we were looking for. When I told her what I was looking for, she proceeded to say that “the stuff for your age is upstairs” as if I did not belong where I was at. Upstairs was a Juniors section and I’m a full grown adult. She was very rude, I felt stereotyped and felt rushed to leave. I’ve never had any experiences like this in other Dillard’s. Definitely not coming back to this one.
