I reached out to the Greensboro office today hoping to get a fast quote, not only did I get a fast quote... Sharon was able to get me signed up for a new policy in less that 30 mins. She was professional & polite. I am so relieved my issues were resolved today & it was all bc of her amazing customer service. I will be telling my friends & family about my experience with Direct Auto, any chance I might get!

My agent was very friendly, reliable, and answered all my questions without me feeling like I was a bother. She called me to check up on my status, because I called about a quote a few days prior to my purchase. She was the best Agent ever. I called other companies prior to calling her. A couple other places were cheaper, but I went with Direct. My decision was based on my experience with the customer service. I am huge about this area! Thank you Direct for having her as an agent. You better keep her around. She will make yall money.

We don’t trust Direct Auto insurance and we believe we’re being Scammed! They’re charging us more money for Liability insurance because they claimed our car had a “ No Fault” accident 4 years ago! But they didn’t even have any proof, what’s even worse when we called another company that had a long history of our car the date Direct Auto Insurance claimed the accident happened doesn’t even exist! We called the company that proved our was never in an accident and to make matters worse 4 years ago we were quarantined in New York because of the pandemic so how can we be in 2 places at the same time?! New York cops were arresting people for going out during Curfew and the State was lockdown!!!

First worst business and customer service ever. Was double charged on a payment within 3 minutes. Called to get refund the verified their mistake said it would be taken care of and I would get a call back, but it would take 10 to 14 days. Never got call back. 3 days pass called them again they acted like they had no clue what I was talking about then found a note in file that it had happened and once again I'd get a call back after it was reviewed. Let a week a go by called again someone fo finally found another note saying it was approved and was mailed. Let 13 days go by still no check or email or phone call. Called again now it's oh it's still in review asked to speak to supervisor was told they don't have them. Transferred to someone who found another dang note saying it was approved today and a check would be mailed. Literally no faith in this company or the parent company National General. Steer clear from them,soon as my money is back in my hands I'm going else where two auto policies and about to have a new driver nope not with this company.
