Dogterra Grooming, LLC is a highly praised pet grooming business that has consistently provided exceptional service to its clients. According to the reviews, the talented team at Dogterra Salon has transformed pets, such as Pixie, into adorable and well-groomed companions, leaving their owners delighted and grateful. First-time clients have become lifelong customers, with Gabby enjoying a wonderful experience and all grooming services receiving a 5-star rating. The entire staff is described as making the pets feel special and loved, creating an extended family atmosphere. However, there was one incident where a customer expressed disappointment with the service. The customer's dog was left with a rushed, subpar grooming job, and the staff did not seem to address the concerns with empathy. Despite this isolated incident, the overall reviews suggest that Dogterra Grooming, LLC generally provides high-quality grooming services and a caring, attentive environment for its furry clients.
I'm new to NC and had been looking for a groomer for my senior Bichon Molly. Pretty sure I've found it with these ladies. I'll be sure to let my friends and family know about this place. Thanks again!
