Store was Filthy inside and outside.
We had excess backpacks from our Back to School event and brought them back.
Both Managers-Jordan & Crystal were present. Had receipt that was scanned to my phone and no help still. Apparently it’s at the store manager’s discretion. Please PRINT it on your receipt.

While the people in the store are very nice, it's hard to get past the horrible parking lot. It's a complete eyesore. I was there two days ago and was really disturbed by all the trash. And it's all over the parking lot, not just one area. They really need to do better.

The inside of the store is clean, and the cashier was very kind. The trash in the parking lot is AWFUL!!! Dollar/.25 Tree, you can do better than this!
