Wow! Customer service was bad, speaking with the ladies on the phone is truly painful. Very rude, snappy, and down right mean. I called about my tire balancer and getting some parts for it. They tell me they don't have the parts but ordering is an option. So I gave Ebony my model number and the process started 4/13/23 and ended 5/20/23 as I found my own parts online at another balancer company that had them instock. Ebony is the worst to work with. She doesn't return her phone calls or emails, she's a little smartassy, when asked why they can't get parts for the equipment they sell, and they still are using the COVID excuse! Sad to be working for this company! I just tried to call this morning before sending this review and NO ANSWER!!! Do not use this company!

Where to start... Stay away from this companyI ordered a 4 post extra wide extra tall lift in January 2021.After tons of excuses to why my lift can't be shipped to me... from ice storms ..to being held in the port of LA waiting for customs ..to It is being loaded on a ship in China as we speak, I had enough. 2 YEARS I waited.On January 16th 2023 I canceled my order and they posted it on the 18th. I was told it would take 30 to 45 bussiness day to receive my refund. Now I am writing this on the 27th of March and still have not received my refund. After making yet another call to them I was told I needed to be patient. HOW patient do i need to be. I believe the next call they get from me will be thru my lawyer.I can't tell you enough to stay away from this company if you like your money.

I paid $2,981.00 for a single post lift in October of 2021 to be delivered around December of 2021. I used a credit card. Angela Brown is my contact there, she has told me in 20 emails that the accounting department was issuing a check as of December 21, 2022. I have not received a refund which I was promised and have waited their 45 days. I am now thinking that Eagle has taken my money under false pretenses across state lines and has stolen my money, and will not give me a refund. What name would you assign to this action?If I do receive a refund, I will come back to this site with an update or perhaps it will remain here for eternity.Here is an update on my refund on January 12, 2023. Angela Brown contacted the owner who agreed to return my purchase price either by wire transfer or a check by certified mail. I chose the wire transfer. I received a full refund. I had to wait about 3 months for it. I purchased a single post lift from Northern Tool for $5,299 made by Ideal, through Tuxedo. Missing parts came in two days. It is a better quality lift but at double the price. My phone records show the phone numbers are from Texas. I’m glad to have my purchase price back and that is because Angela Brown was responsive. I think I learned from this year plus long experience. The company has issues to be sorted out, mainly communication. I hope they do better in the future.

I ordered a lift last June. They charged me a few weeks after I ordered, and after charging me I found out it was on back order with no time table of delivery. With life circumstances changed and growing tired of waiting after a year of calling for updates, I asked for a refund. They told me it would take 40-50 days to get my money back. Being that I used my credit card I thought that was ridiculous, but if it is their policy I would wait. Here we are at the end of day 58 with no word on my refund. I have been calling for the past 2 weeks customer service says they are putting pressure on corporate for me and gave me a number and someone to talk to at corporate, but she always seems to be in a meeting when I call. It feels like they are just giving me the run around. I know the supply shortage was a big part of the shipment delay, and it was probably on me that I didn’t check for a timetable before I ordered but this refund process has been a train wreck and with no idea when I will get my money back….

Avoid this company at all costs! Terrible. They take orders, take payment and never ship the lifts. Then they give the runaround about refunds. They promise the refund is processing and they will contact when it's completed, but never do. I am almost a year and a half into this nightmare. I have had to forward this to my companies attorney. I will tell everyone I know in the industry to avoid this company. Lost almost 5K with them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is the worst. I am suing them for over $5000 for lifts I paid for and never received. Calling them does no good…they don’t even answer the phone anymore. They took my money last MAY and kept on making COVID excuses all the while assuring me if I wanted to cancel I could have a refund anytime. When I decided to finally cancel the order in January, I got nothing but a runaround…you know, we sent the check and it was never cashed, we don’t have your current credit card to credit it, blah, blah, blah, until they just stopped responding. NEVER deal with this company. I am sure bankruptcy will be next, and deservedly so.

I ordered a 4 post lift from eagle equipment last May. They keep saying your lift will be in next mouth. I got feed up with their stall tactics and I canceled my order in November. They told me it would be 30 to 45 business days before they could refund my money. They did not refund my money. So I took them to small clams court. They did not show the Judge awarded us a judgement against Eagle. The company has still not payed the Judgment and avoid my calls when I call the company. This company has some bad business practices years ago they where a good when I bought my 1st lift but they have went down hill now a I will not buy any equipment in the future stay away

I’m getting my lawyer involvedBeen waiting on a lift for a yearAnd decided to buy one from another company and had it in 4 days !!!Demanded a refund in July and apparently they never summited my refund until September !! After calling 100times and getting run arounds about they will call me back or leave a voice mail with so and so or there gonna call and check with somebody else and call me back and never get a call back !!I was told a week ago they are sending me my refund admittedly and I will have it by the end of the week ... it’s been 2 weeks now !!This place needs to be shut down and the owner needs to rot in prison !!!!

BUYER BEWARE PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!I am not the type of consumer to write bad reviews but I have had such a horrible experience that I want other buyers to be aware of scam"EAGLE EQUIPMENT is running. I have never has such bad customer service experience with any business I have dealt with. I would point out various reasons I feel the way I feel :1. There is NO standard procedure that the company follows, from placing an order to delivering the product there is no customer service aspect in the whole equation. I wanted to purchase a lift for my business for which I placed an order mid August and it was promised to be delivered to me end of august of 2020 - early Sept.. I had to follow-up every single week, multiples times a week, taking my time while running a business, talking to various different customer service reps and hearing various different stories why lift was delayed..(I am aware of the delays manufacturers and business owners are facing due to the COVID-19) but Eagle Equipment tied up my time and money for 4 months.2. Management is such a joke at this place. I was frustrated hearing stories about my lift that was delayed 4 months so I needed to take my business where they would value my time and money! I asked the management to reach back out to me to issue my refund, after speaking to Angela Brown in management I was told that they could not issue back to my account because it was past 30 days( which is delay on their part) and could give a "courtesy discount "..3. WHO EVEN RUNS THIS BUSINESS, I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO JUST EITHER REPLACE YOUR STAFF OR RETRAIN THEM COMPLETELY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOOSE ANY MORE BUSINESS! IF YOU ARE READING THIS, ITS TOO LATE.....MANAGEMTN LIES ABOUT TIMELINES, STAFF STORIES DON'T ALIGN, CUSTOMER MONEY IS AT STAKE , ACCOUNTING ASK FOR YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER AND REFUND WAS NEVER ISSUED ..IM STILL CALLING ANGELA BROWN AS SHE NEVER PICKS UP HERE PHONE....I WOULD ALERT BUYERS TO TAKE BUSINESS ELSEWHERE...THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!**************UPDATE 4/16/21*****************still a scam....****lift showed up missing multiple component, had to arrange my own hardware, later after speaking to them they sent out the wrong hardware..no use .. no point in even talking to them.I have been following up every week to get back my refund and get this matter resolved and the management doesn't seem to care.. I spoke to Angela Brown a few weeks back to get refund issued to me and we agreed to have it sent out to me. finally received a check back with wrong amount which is just a slap in the face..I am so disappointed I did business with this company..IF YOU ARE IN MARKET FOR EQUIPMENT THAT YOU ARE GOING TO KEEP FOR YEARS..DON'T CHOOSE THIS COMPANY OR ITS SISTER COMPANIES

The worst lift on the market. The quality is so poor that it is not a question of if it will fail. The question is when will it fail? This lift ( at least the four post lift) will come crashing down and minimally ruin your car and ina worst case, kill somebody. Their customer service is the worst. Mine failed and I'm pretty sure they all will in due time. don't waste your money and endanger your car and yourself!

DON'T BUY TIRE MACHINES FROM THIS PLACE. You will always have nothing but trouble with it and it will be broken down all the time.if your business needs a tire machine pay what it cost and get it from anywhere else. These people's equipment is cheap for a reason. IT DOESN'T WORK!!! If it does work it will only be temporary. The company doesn't stand by their product. Once they have your money they cut ties with you and pretend you don't exist, unless you are trying to spend more money.
