My gift was supposed to be delivered on the 14th of Feb. The order was placed days before. They came 2 days late after and the pineapples are bad and the strawberries as well. The lady over the phone didn't see a reason to send a refund after there was clear evidence of lack in professionalism and management. She hung up on us. Please do not order from there. We are taking this up to the Corp to resolve this issue. This location needs to be investigated.

This is the worst customer service and products I have ever encountered. The staff is rude and disrespectful. Especially Gate City Blvd. I placed an order to be delivered on 2/14 and it wasn't delivered until 2/17. The fruit was rotting in the arrangement. It was never opened and the store refused to remedy the problem. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone if customer service and quality products are important. This place should be shut down. I am surprised the health department or state should inspected and passed this location. A surprise visit us warranted.

Save your money! The delivery experience was horrible! The fruit was mushy within 2 days and when I contacted the company regarding the delivery issues, I HAVE HEARD NOTHING BACK. Zero customer service, extremely overpriced, overripe fruit! My husband had beautiful intentions-this place is simply bad business. SAVE YOUR MONEY! My arrangement was left setting at the wrong building, not one person was informed of the delivery. Literally a drop on the back counter and gone-sprinkles and chocolate had started melting and looked a mess.

I WILL NOT be ordering from this location again. I ordered a same day delivery item at 10am. After 4pm my item still never arrived. I tried calling the store over 10 times to see if I could change to in-store pickup only to never get an answer . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. After like my 12th call I was able to speak with someone who advised the drivers have until 9pm to make same day deliveries. Super inconvenient because I needed my item by 7pm. I asked if I could change to in-store only to be placed on hold saying “ she has to contact the store” ( thought I was calling the store, but ok) after being on hold for over 20 mins I hung up. Long story short I never got my order on the same day. Be mindful no one called to follow up and advise me my order wouldn’t arrive today. I then tried calling the store the next morning when they opened at 9am, again for me to not speak with anyone after waiting for 30 mins +. I then called the 1-800 # spoke with Sherry and requested a refund. She confirmed I would be getting an email shortly and I never got an email. My order was eventually delivered the next morning around 10am which I declined and said I don’t want it. After 4 hrs pass I still never got an email. I had to call AGAIN BE on hold 20 mins + spoke back with Sherry and eventually she was able to get that refund while on was on the phone.,I will not order from this location ever again. I will stick with the battleground location ( way more professional & prompt ) . If u do decide to use this location don’t expect your order to arrive same day even though you paid same day delivery and expect to not speak with someone in the store and you do get someone you will be on hold more than 30 mins

I ordered an arrangement on February 5th to be delivered to my mom on Valentine's Day. Around 5pm, I noticed the status did not say Out for Delivery yet, so I called to ask why. I was told that it would probably not be delivered that night. What is the point in ordering in advance for delivery on a specific day if it isn't actually delivered then? I asked to speak to a manager or the owner and was told I would have to call back the next day to speak to the owner about compensation. It was super annoying that I had to call to find out my order wasn't being delivered, they never sent an email or any notice.I called the next morning and had the most horrible employee on the phone. She was immediately rude and unhelpful. The person yesterday told me to call back to the store and that I had to speak to the owner, but she told me I was not allowed to speak to a manager or the owner or anyone else and that I had to call customer service. It's very unfortunate to have an employee be immediately rude and disrespectful when they are the ones who were wrong. I spoke to 4 different people in this process, and they were all very nice and helpful except for Karina, she was terrible.The woman at customer service was very helpful and I wish I got her name. She gave me a 50% refund and made sure my order got delivered in time the next day.Overall-late delivery with no notice, extremely rude employee named Karina, day-old fruit delivered, and only a 50% refund.Do not waste your time ordering from here

I made an online order for my wife at 10am to be delivered to her place of business, and I also paid the extra fee to be delivered within the hour. The arrangement did not arrive to her until 4:30 in the afternoon ruining the surprise. I did reach out to their location they informed that corporate was supposed to notify them of the hour delivery, but failed to do so this is just unacceptable to me. I have to now go through the process of trying to get my money back for the 1 hour delivery fee, and the pineapples appeared to be old inside the fruit basket. Unhappy customer

Run if the delivery date is important!Ordered my wife's valentines day gift and it arrived at 2 the day after,and I called all day valentines day trying to get a update.I finally got some one on the phone at 5pm and had called 8 times ,I asked if I could cancel my order and they said it couldn't be canceled as it was already made.Do yourself a favor and by somewhere locally avoid this franchise!And the flowers were wilted.

If I could a minus star for this location I would ! I ordered an arrangement on February 5 to be delivered 4 miles from this location on Valentine’s Day the 14th, it did not come on the 14th or the 15th for that matter I stayed on hold, trying to get the store on the phone for at least two hours. No one will answer the phone. I called the corporate number and they could not help me because the stores are individually owned, I will never order anything from here again I hope you don’t either. OK I have an update. I did get a Alana the office manager on the phone. She was very rude ! and hung up on me THIS PLACE IS A JOKE !

My BF ordered me Edible arrangement and flowers yesterday around 10:30 am paid 140 I didn’t receive my delivery untilLate around 7 that evening I onlyReceived theEdible arrangement never got the flowers. When my fruit came they were falling off the sticks all messy looking and when I called the store about my flowers today they offered to deliver them and I said I don’t even want yall to have to drive here instead I requested a refund and was told I would need to speak with customer service which had gone for the day ! Horrible experience had I not called I would have just been without my flowers and money the lady I spoke to said she would leave a note for me to get a refund. Such an inconvenience! Do not order from this place unless u wanna sit and wait all day for them to partially deliver what you paid for.

I had a great experience. My daughter is a first generation college student who made the Chancellor's list and I ordered last minute to celebrate her. They delivered without any issues. The fruit was delicious and she loved it very much. Thank you for making her feel special. I appreciate you guys. Thank you.
