He always encourages us to come back to find new products and helped us get on the best affordable plan the company has to offer. He even suggested a few programs to help lower the monthly plans costs! Who does that? He did!! I will edit this review or I will do another review with the young man's name. I promise you if you're a metro customer he will not disappoint you and the best thing is with prices going up and my money going down, he never judged me. He was always eager to help even with add ons like screen protectors. We will definitely continue to have metro service as long as he is employed there!”

“Had a great experience with my tech Jon. He arrived in the time window I was told. Was very friendly and informative and spent a great deal of time going over my furnace and getting me ready for the 'winter'. Not sure what more I could ask. I've had a really good experience w Lexair in general. My furnace failed on the day of the great Texas freeze due to my own negligence. Lexair actually was able to get out and get me going within just a couple days. I signed up for their service plan and they've scheduled both my spring and now fall cleaning without me having to call them. Really a solid company from what I can tell.”

“This is my go-to place, it's family run trust the install I trust the product. The prices are fair for the products you're getting they mainly carry Sundown Audio which is a number one brand. I bought two 12s there four years ago and have since total three cars and they are still women so I mean you get what you pay for so expect the price to be more than kickers or pioneers or any of that other junk like Skar. Can't remember his name it's been so long but we know each other by face and the young guy up there man he convinced me to see let me sit in his BMW and get a demo from the Sundowns that I bought and trust me it's well worth it you do get what you pay for. If you do get something that's not like a base sub if you go get like an ns4 or X12 any of those under the Sundown name expect to build a custom box and if you work with them and ask questions they may build you one”
“Thanks to a very nice sweet young Lady named Ashley for taking the time and being patient helping me with issues I was having with my phone trying to upload photos to my computer. I've been doing it for many years but for whatever reason I couldn't get it to work. She checked my phone to see if perhaps I had done something in the settings that wasn't allowing me to and wrote down what to do. I went home and did the first thing she had written down and it worked.I appreciate her so much for her awesome help and excellent customer service, I think she's the best. Ashley is definitely a huge asset to this Cricket store they should be very proud to have her on their team, I'm sure they are but she totally deserves recognition.
