Hi two times I’ve requested a sports car to pick up and both times no phone call I get here and no car for me to pick up! This place is definitely a zero rating. Enterprise car rental is definitely lowered in standards in the last couple years customer service is terrible especially here in the Greenborough North Carolina area and this location most of all.

My wife's car was undriveable, and she needed a rental car badly. We were told originally that only W. Market St. could help us because Terry Labonte collision Center was their client. However, they had no comparable vehicles for my wife. She drives an Avalon, but they gave her this huge SUV, stating nothing else was available. Its brakes were horrible, and it was filthy inside and out. I cleaned it up myself. It's not supposed to work like that. Then, two days later, on Saturday, I called to ask about something smaller to swap. The young lady said she had three full-size cars that came in, a Charger, and two Altimas. Any one would have been great, but they needed oil changes! So, instead, we got a Mazda CX30. Seemed well enough, until seeing that the "service engine" light was on, and the girl simply dismissed it, saying it was good and that Firestone must have not reset the light! What?? And, and only 50 mph, it sounded as if it would explode any moment! And, it was also filthy! Do you ever listen to the automated message the customer hears while waiting for the phone to be answered?! It harps on a clean and sanitized vehicle for your customers! Not the truth at all! I pay good money for my insurance to provide me a car, in the event it becomes necessary. This has been an awful experience that has further stressed my family. We already have a wrecked car in the shop, and this has exponentially added to the stress levels.

Not very happy with this location. There is no inventory for me to get a comparable car while mone is the body shop. The 2 that I have gotten are new vehicles (mine is 10 years old) that have been filthy, service lights on, and drive horribly like they have been wrecked or not maintained properly. The only good thing to say is that the staff werepersonable

If there was a way for me to leave no stars I would. Being a former employee of ERAC I was ashamed and upset after my rental experience. Multiple levels of wrong doing. They charged for fuel when I brought the vehicle back with the same amount the gave it to me with. I took a picture of what it left out with as proof and a rider of what it needed to be returned withPlus I stopped at a gas station literally 7 minutes down the road to refill and I kept the receipt. When I went to return the vehicle no one over went out to the vehicle to inspect the vehicle or to check the vehicle. We have had a horrible experience with this Enterprise location. We received a car that was dirty, scratched, and had a maintenance required warning. Being that we had waited over two hours from when we were supposed to get the car, we asked to make sure the damage was documented. The employee assured us that it was. A month later we have received a damage claim stating that we did the damage to the car. Thankfully, we have photos showing parts of the car before leaving the location that show some of the damage that was there before we left and these photos match the damage in the damage claim. We also have the rental agreement that says there was damage. We are currently working on getting this false damage claim dropped. Enterprise put in the claim to our insurance and our claims specialist is investigating with our evidence and the Enterprise damage claim department is almost impossible to get on the phone. I have left three messages and they have called me back once on Friday at 4:45 and then did not answer when I called right back. I would not recommend this location or Enterprise in general. I would encourage anyone renting a car to take videos/pictures of the entire car before leaving. This has been a horrible experience. This was supposed to be a convience after being rear ended that has turned out to be a huge headache.

I've had good customer service before but Taylor at this location offers more than customer service. She problem solved, and even was willing to give more than enough resolution to solve a problem. The location did not have many cars due to furniture market but Taylor made it her problem to find us a car for the weekend which was exceptional in my eyes. We were willing to take any other alternative but Taylor went above and beyond. She is great!!

Same day reservation... should that be an issue; I could see that there might run an issue. Yet there are 16 cars in the parking lot. They tried to upsize me from an already expensive reservation of a truck to a large SUV. Then when "asked same price right" no and nothing else is available for 3 hours.That is with 16 cars in the lot including the 1 large SUV.Bait and switch much: or just bad customer serviceUpdate. Since I was sitting in the office they realized they could work something. Got a small suv. Thanks to the person that worked that out.Added a star for that originally 1 star because the person was professional when saying no. I would have let everyone know if they were not.Update to the update; they could have pulled a car. Wendover enterprise is less than a mile away and they had a packed parking lot. The person that got me the SUV did give that option but made it sound like a hassle.I will still give the 2 stars as they were face friendly.

This review is long, but please read and understand this is a "contribution" to our community.I have never had any issues with Enterprise for years UNTIL I got stuck working with this location. I was straight out lied to multiple times.I made a reservation here almost a month and a half ago, timing it with my car repairs. This was done because I was assured it would guarantee a rental (Lie 1).I called on my way into the shop for a pickup and was told the driver was out, but estimated 30min. I asked for a call with a better estimate and that never happened (lie 2). When trying to call them again, I wasted 20 minutes on hold until the call disconnected. By this time it had been an hour since the initial call.I finally gave up and actually walked over to the Wendover location. They didn't have a car but they were caring? enough to drive me over to the Market Street location.It should have known something was up with the amount of people waiting outside this small location but I proceeded to get "checked it" by a very distracted associate (I couldn't tell who he was talking to because he had earbuds). He explained "an Elantra" was on its way from another location for me and it would be close to another 25 minutes. I waited around for even more time than that and when I did see an Elantra pull up, it went to another renter! (Lie 3)I was then explained too that I had 3 others in front of me waiting for a car, but that's what I thought the reservation was for? I was offered a ride to where I needed to be (home of course with no car) and that they would have a car for me sometime today. (lie 4)I immediately reached out to Enterprise customer service when I finally was home, and they told they would "escalate the request" and the local area manager would call me from an "unknown" number. This was at 1pm. Of course, this never happened (lie 5).I don't like being lied to, especially 5 times in the course of one morning. A company with "Enterprise" in their name should provide that kind of customer service.As some other reviews mention, I would avoid this particular Enterprise-Rent?-A-Car location.Just a quick update, I sent an email to the reply, never heard back. Went a week without any correspondence. So lie 6?
