They have good stuff, but the staff treats customers very poorly. I saw how they treated a person with a bad attitude and I decided to leave the store.

I Love shopping here especially when I get sent the 10 percent coupon and the 5 dollar express cash every once in a while it’s worth shopping here. I love the body suits one of my favorite items at this store fit perfectly. The employees are always helpful and kind with a positive attitude. Check out the app and there’s a lot of items in sale too.

I love express and always have a good experience coming to this location but today it was disappointing. I place a pick up order and they give me the wrong size in my bag so i go back in and speak with the manager he helps me find the right size but then i decide to order a different color online at the same price point. He had trouble with the system so he tells me he is going to place the order over the phone but some how i end up with the phone placing my own order be-hide the counter like i work there. I feel like that was really unprofessional and rude.

Very unpleasant experience at this store today. Big sign in the window says 40% Off Everything! Got to the checkout and absolutely nothing was 40% off... as a matter a fact, nothing was 40% off. One pair of pants was a few dollars off and the other two items were full price. I ask the girl checking about the 40% Off sign and she said " oh that's not facing out so it doesn't count" what? It was facing both ways, but first off if a sign is in your store it doesn't matter which way it facing... good lord teach these sales people something! As I left the store after wasting an hour and not buying anything I saw in micro text underneath the 12 inch tall 40% off Everything was " see associates for details." What details, you just said Everything was 40 % Off. If you are going to trick people into the store with false advertising, then you deserve to go out of business. And I hope you do.Update... Thank you for the copy and pasted response I see with every negative review. I would hate to think that you actually did anything about your employees' lack of knowledge or management's disregard for false advertising in your store windows. Pathetic.

The selection at the store is fantastic. The customer service Representatives are very friendly and will help you as they can. I had a confusing return, but the staff handled it and got everything resolved. With customer service like that, I wouldn't take my business anywhere else. Highly recommend shopping here!

I love the store in general. Today I went to the Express retail store at Friendly Center in Greensboro, NC to make an in-store return from an online purchase around 11:30 am I was told by an employee that I was not able to make the return because I checked out as guest instead of member and she had no way of looking up the purchase. I showed her my purchase receipt of the online order, my email for pick up is ready, and my confirmation of my order being picked up and this was not accepted. I then completed the start return online option to get the return slip and when I provided that I was again told this was not allowed. It was the actual return slip for in store returns with my order number and barcode. I explained this is the process for in store returns according to the instructions and that I’ve checked out as guest multiple times. The employee just kept telling me there was nothing she could do and when she asked another male employee about the situation, he just said “you should be a member.” Needless to say, I left frustrated with not being able to make my return in the store.I did contact customer service chat and was told that the order should have been accepted as a return since it was under 60 days and I had a return slip.I don’t know why the staff didn’t complete the return since I followed the return instructions. Both staff members were unhelpful and condescending.

Thought we were in Gucci on Rodeo Drive, but alas, we were not. It was Express in good ole Greensboro, North Carolina! Associates were rude and condescending. Just saying “hiii, welcome in” does not constitute friendly service. Snickering at customers from behind the register and rushing them so they can close up is Retail Don’t’s 101 !

While doing some much needed shopping over the weekend, I had the most pleasant experience at the Express in Friendly Shopping Center. After being greeted by the store manager by the name of Allison, she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Allison helped me shop based on my own personal style and even steamed the wrinkles out of all of my purchases. I am going to be holding other stores to a much higher standard now. I look forward to returning the next time I need new clothes!

Customer service from the manager, his name was something Keith or Keet, was very unprofessional. The employees there were just chatting at one spot, they asked if they can help with something but we said we are just looking and when we tried to waive at them to check out, twice, he just looked and laughed from far away then came over minutes later. Did not ask how we like things in there, pay cash or card, we tried to ask him the total again so we can pay cash, he seemed to pretend like he did not hear us and gave us a weird look like we are beggars. We have been going there to shop, but I guess never again coming back, cuz we dont want that LOOK from the acting so highly guy manager. You have to be thanking customers like us shopping there, cuz we come you employees including the manager get paid by the boss isn’t it right? I feel bad for the boss though.
