Crystal and Roberto were wonderful!! The temperature controlled unit is very clean, the staff is great, and it's located in a great area.

Crystal was fantastic helping me decrease the amount that went up on my extra space. I was first upset because of the Xtreme increase in price within a year! I was able to contact Crystal and she was able to offer me a very fair price and asked if I needed to change to a smaller space that was available, I could do that as well. She gave me a contact information so that if I needed to speak with her, she would be readily available to help me

Crystal helped me get my space during a very stress induced time. I was crying on the phone and everything. Not only did she help calm me down, but she found me a location with the best promotional benefits. I end up paying way less than I thought I would for a storage unit, which was very helpful for my situation. Highly recommend Extra Space to anyone who need a storage unit now!
