Chris is horrible. He is very unprofessional and talks over customers when they are trying to explain a situation. My key didn't fit because the lock attached to the storage was not aligned. The young lady had to drill the hole to make it larger. Chris didn't want to give me an extra two days for my 4 months contract. It wasn't. Y fault the lock didn't fit. However, I got the two days thanks to the female employee. This site is on West Gate City Greensboro NC. Females please be aware that Chris thinks he's dominant. News 2 was .y next call.

This is my second time using Extra Space Storage in Greensboro, NC. Staff are always friendly and very helpful. Response to questions are always very quick and the whole process from application to moving in was very easy. This will continue to be my “go to place” when I need extra storage.

Today I had to move Suddenly extra space storage was there to Help. I called. I made a reservation and it was ready for next day.
The rates are low and the facility is clean and well kept. The attendant was very bright and inviting and answered any questions I had
