Lane is so amazing! I’m new to shipping international and he explained everything so well and even helped with making sure everything needed was on the box. We need more people in the world like Lane!

Wish I could give negative stars. Do not use fedex under any circumstances!!! They will charge your card more than double what they quote in store!!!

I use this store a lot for all types of printing services. The representatives are almost always friendly and personable. Many times they offer to go over and beyond to help you get what you need. I will continue using them for all of my printing projects, big and small.

Juleidy was amazing ! Her personality is out of this world. She definitely deserves the AM position now that my faves Tomica and Seth awesome pioneers of the company have now departed ways with FED EX. The tall guy is okay seems very mean !

I had a box to take in to the FedEx on wendover avenue in Greensboro North Carolina and I was in front of the store fiddling with my crutches trying to figure out how to use my crutches and carry the box at the same time and I guy came out and took the box and brought me back a receipt and I never had to get out of the car. That's good customer service. I wish I had gotten his name
