We ordered a $30k+ kitchen package to include Wolf & Sub-Zero appliances. We had to wait over 18 months just for the orders to "arrive". So, you're telling me, that it takes every contractor, home builder etc. 18+ months to receive appliances?? My gut was telling me that we were on the back burner (pun intended), while the builders etc, were getting product in a more reasonable time frame.Moving on...after the grueling 18+mo wait our appliances finally arrive, yay. Much to our chagrin, the Wolf stove is damaged! Jane's (sales lady) solution was to send out a repairman! Now remember, I just spent $30+k on these appliances and they want to now sale me junk that's been damaged and act like everything is square. This after we insist that they send a new one out. In the meantime, we are still without a range and await Jane's ruling on the matter.I always tell my kids, learn from others mistakes. People, please learn from my mistake in dealing with these clowns. Buyers be extremely cautious. I don't even like giving 1 star on this review. There are other options out there, use them!

Terrible customer service this place has. In the future this would be the last place I would ever go to to shop. Six weeks back our double ovens were delivered so carelessly that all our front steps bricks are broken The delivery guys took pictures to show to their manager but to this day I have not heard back. Tried to get in touch with multiple people who work there but either they do not pick up the phone or give no positive response. Yesterday our refrigerator was delivered that is not cooling and I called to set up a service call but it is not been done yet. If your food is getting spoiled and the weekend is coming let it be for Ferguson- they simply don’t care. If you order the appliances from them they take the full payment upfront even if the delivery date is year later And this is the kind of service they provide. How very sad!

Would give zero rating if I could due to the worst appliance delivery experience! Extremely poor attitudes & cussing because we never received our call or text from the company prior to delivery & we asked them to wait 15 minutes until we could arrive. They tried to blame their error on the salesperson and the Ferguson app !! We did not expect this poor service after spending over 12K on appliances. Very unpleasant & unprofessional.

We called Ferguson's in Greensboro looking for a Bosch appliance. The salesperson told us that they did not have that exact model on display but a similar model and that it would give us an idea of the quality, which is all we were trying to find out. We drove out there just to find to be told that they had not had any Bosch appliances on display in months. Staff could not be troubled, we got a snooty attitude from the moment we walked in. We proceeded by asking to see what they did carry and were dumped in the showroom... I had some questions on a model that I was not familiar with, we waited 10 minutes for a sales person to emerge. It was obvious we were disturbing her... she proceeded by giving me the manufacturer's web address instead of answering my questions. We were ready to buy but our money was not good enough for them. Staff is arrogant and ignorant. Never again!

I don't write reviews but feel compelled to share that post-purchase customer service from this company is in need of an overhaul. Last year, we selected a high end range, purchased through our builder, for our newly constructed home. The unit has been a little problematic from the start, and the stovetop required a few service visits when we moved in. Less than a year later, the oven is not working. A call for service yesterday was never returned. In a call today, I was told it may be up to 48 hours before service is scheduled. Since the oven stopped working over the weekend, that's up to five days without cooking in it. But perhaps more frustrating is the convoluted system that Ferguson and what may be a third-party provider have set up for servicing this appliance, and I can only conclude that the company does not value their true customer, the homeowner. An internal review and tweaks made to the process could be a game changer for end user loyalty and more positive reviews. After four phone calls, including to the appliance service provider directly, who said they had not actually received the service request details from Ferguson, we expect to receive service for our non-working oven next week. You've read this right. We bought an expensive gas range from Ferguson, have lived in our home for less than a year, we won't now have a working oven for over one week, and the challenge to even get service has been time-consuming and frustrating.
