5th 3rd bank does not communicate well with customers. I called 5 times before they would give me a payoff amount because their website sux and couldn’t get it online!! What a hassle. Took 25 minutes to get an answer. I will be paying them off and will never use or recommend them again!! Wake up people!!! Your losing...
