They were friendly and fixed my ride nicely.

For whatever reason, the mechanic misplaced my locking lug and let my car leave with only four out of five lugs on the back, right. Luckily I noticed it a day later came back and they weren't able to find it. So now I have to wait for a lug nut. It's just ridiculous because this is the second time that I've had to deal with something from your workers. Two oil changes ago I left and they did not top off my oil so my car read low oil levels and I had to come back so they could finish their job. This is extremely inconvenient. For them to make two mistakes in three visits just feels a little ridiculous.

Purchased 4 brand new tires from them and had them installed. Drove it off the lot and the two rear tires were over pressured by 10psi. The front right was over pressured by 5 and the front left was losing 1 psi every 15 minutes.
Drove it the next day to Firestone to get it fixed and my left tire read 15psi... and the right tire was at 27 from 35psi the night before. I had to stop in the middle of the road to put air in my left tire just to get to that Firestone location. The two rear tires (yokohama tires) did not lose air, but the front two tires which were the Firestone brand were the problem tires.
Spent 1100.00 dollars for brand new tires and an alignment I didn't see them do. Drove off with 2 faulty tires and 2 over pressured tires, and their word on the alignment. Went back to that Firestone location so they could fix it, and the representative started to get fed up from the questions I was asking.
Save yourself the headache and the hassle. If you need dependable service look elsewhere. These franchise chains seem to have a lot of issues whether it's them trying to sell you "necessary alignment" or brand new tires that don't hold air and/or their faulty stem valve kits, or over pressurizing the tires by 10 psi. It's just not worth the time lost, not to mention the actual money spent.

I took my vehicle here to have 4 tires put on for a trip I was taking. I returned back home from my trip. About 2 weeks later I felt the front shaking on my way home from work, I got home to find 2 lug nuts were sheared off and 2 lug nuts were about to fall off, there was only 1 lug nut holding my tire on. I called to complain about this and the service manager act like he didn't believe me. He totally took the side of his employee. He told me all we can do is check it out for you. That could have killed me and my family or someone else out there on the road. I will never go to a Firestone again.

No one called when my car was done. I called at least 10 times and no one ever answered the phone. I finally got a ride up to the shop and the car was just sitting there ready to go.

Slow and expensive. Avoid this place.

On 10/07/24, I brought my car to Firestone Complete Auto Care (021551) to have the brakes replaced. I was informed by Robert, a service advisor, that my car needed an alignment, which I declined. On 10/11/24, I took my car to have the tires rotated and an alignment performed. Unfortunately, the work could not be completed because Dan, the technician who worked on my vehicle at Firestone, screwed the bolts so tightly that removing them now requires breaking them. The breakage is unavoidable, and I am now facing serious repairs, as the entire part will need to be replaced once the bolts are broken.

I suspect this Firestone location was not honest about my car needing windshield wiper blades while performing an annual NC safety inspection.
Unbeknownst to them, the wiper blades on this car had been replaced exactly one year earlier during its previous annual NC safety inspection at a different shop.
Then, the spare RainX wiper blades I had in the car were somehow torn and could not be used to pass inspection.
This scenario feels like a scam to force the customer to spend more.
So they got me for an extra $54.98 + tax
- quite expensive for 2 non-premium wiper blades, even with installation -
because I needed the car done today.
My advice is take a photo of your wiper blades before you allow them to start a safety inspection, or just go elsewhere.

A bit disappointing, this time. They were unable to change the bearing, because they are not equipped to 'press' the new one on.
Cei-le-vie.

Been coming here for years and spent a few thousand in that time on maintenance and repairs. The last two times, I am disappointed. Been here twice in the past four weeks and spent hundreds each time. My mistake in trusting them. The 1st time, they diagnosed an issue with my battery, ok that was fixed. The second time was an inspection. Yes of course they give the recommended stuff and it’s on paper. But if you see something that requires immediate attention, you say nothing??? You’re the experts. So my issue is, 1 day after being at their shop. My car overheats on the way to work. Yea, it needed coolant. Thankfully I’m not a complete idiot. They did not verbally mention my coolant was low. I believe they wanted this to happen. I have a history of always returning to them for repairs, I spend good money on repairs. This would have been a good way to get a radiator repair, water pump repair, or some type of air conditioning repair out of me had I not resolved my own issues. I won’t be returning here. Let me also clarify, that these recent people have not been as nice as they were in the past. Not sure if there was staff change up or what. I can’t trust a place who couldn’t even tell me I needed coolant in my car after being there 2 times in a month. You will make your money regardless. I hate it for people who don’t know any better.

The counter man welcomed me as soon as I entered the store. He explained exactly what was going to be done and the associated costs. After the service he made recommendations for future service without being a "High pressure" sales pitch. Overall honesty of your teammates.

This Firestone location was so kind to us when we were 1.5 hours from home and git a bolt lodged in our tire. We knew it was getting late on a Saturday and had already gone to one tire place that said online it was still open, only not to be open. We called Firestone just to see if they could repair our tire so close to closing. They said absolutely. They’re so conveniently located next to a cookout, we were able to take the kids there for dinner while Firestone repaired my tire. We were done in 30 minutes and able to get on the road home. Thank you, Firestone on Battleground Ave. we’d be stuck in Greensboro if it wasn’t for your kindness and understsnding late on a Saturday.

I came in for a oil change and state inspection. I told the guy at the desk I have the $30 basic oil change coupon and he even confirmed it. He told me the price would be $124 for everything. I look ay my invoice after that thinking that sounded too much for what I asked for and he tried to charge me for a full synthetic oil change that my car doesn’t need. That was nearly $90. I’m glad I caught it before they started. It was frustrating because I literally told you I have the coupon and you confirmed it and STILL tried to charge me $90. I also heard him on the phone with someone telling them he accidentally double charged them for something. I get accidents happen, but please pay attention! People don’t have extra money to throw away. Also I feel like they take advantage of women going there alone. Wanted to do all these extra things that was over $700… absolutely not.

My car broke down the day after I got it back from firestone. I had all recommended services done. I took it to the dealership for a diagnostic (another $200 fee) and turns out I had blown headgasket and bent cylinder. Your staff completely missed these major items and now I'm looking at an engine rebuild or buying a new car.
