We purchased a set of Hargrove vented gas logs here and love them.We had an issue with them not working properly about 6 weeks after purchasing them and again one year after purchasing, both times the same problem where the flames went out. However Fleet Plummer had the installer come out both times and make the necessary adjustments so that they work properly. The second time it was determined that some parts were defective so the manufacturer sent them at no charge under warranty.We use the fireplace every evening and it really gives off nice heat to that room, even though they are vented logs. I would strongly recommend looking at Fleet Plummer if you are in the market for gas fireplace logs.

Manager or whoever hires is completely useless and rude. Never been to the actual store, i'm sure it's lovely. Due to complete incompetence and lack of listening skills on his part, I not only will never work there or go to the store; But I encourage that others do the same. Rude people do not deserve positions of power over others.

The store has a good variety of quality items. I was shopping to covert my cheap gas fireplace into a real heat source. The gentleman who helped me gave me the number of a contractor that could evaluate what would work and could do the work. I have yet to contact him but was very impressed.

Really disappointing. Fleet Plumber stocks high quality stuff, but try to find someone to help you! I walked in trying to buy 2 grates for my fireplaces. I'm not talking about big box store junk. I was looking for the sort of stuff that will survive a few seasons of hickory fueled, hot as a $2 pistol, see it from the space station types of fires. Fleet Plumber has them. I walked in ready to buy two! After about 5 mins of walking in front of the guy in that department who was on a personal call, standing at the grate display, walking to the really expensive ceramic grill display and opening a couple of those, I started to feel like an ugly girl at a frat party. So...here I sit at the casual / outdoor furniture store around the corner. Here's the deal. I walk in with money to spend on items on which you will presumably make a profit or commission, you put down the phone and help me do that!! Otherwise, your store is redundant! I can order stuff online with no assistance. I go to places like Fleet Plumber for a level of service that has lately become less and less evident at Fleet Plumber.

Fleet Plummer had the Christmas candles for my windows. They are amazing. Bright, clear, and definitely set the holiday mood. I no longer will have light jealousy ?. Fleet Plummer is also the best place to have a wander and treasure hunt.

We try very hard to support local businesses and have given this company three opportunities. They have struck out three solid times. Subpar support on their delivery, and service. Waaayyy too high pricing for the lack of support. Bought a table for our grill-was told it would fit-it didn't but it took a few weeks before we could get it put together. They won't honor it. They were months late on delivery of some back yard chairs-no apologies, no concerns and had to keep after them for delivery. Latest-we had some logs installed at the end of last season-have used them less than ten times. Stopped working -discovered their installers used old batteries for INSIDE the logs (didn't even know we needed them there as we weren't told or shown-sure it's in a manual in a link somewhere). Lots of pretty promises and very poor execution. Don't use them.

For such a high priced really nice safe place to shop, you all have the worst customer service I have ever seen!! I was in your store shopping on 09/16/23 late afternoon and there where 3 employees who passed me by whom which DID NOT greet me or say hello or how can I help you!! How rude!! I do love your store, but, I think you need to work on the sorry low level of customer service you have right now!! It would boost your business trimindilosly to atleast say hello to your customers who are in your store!!
