Payed a good amount of money for food lion west market street fried chicken that has more fried bread and it has blood underneath the cooked bread i have my receipt from today for this food lion chicken and If I get sick I'll see people in court .the prices at this food lion is a rip off for the quality of their food in bags and fried chicken is not cooked altogether i dont want salmonella poisoning or ecola and I will report this i believe in doing right by the coustomers not take advantage of their money ? ive also put up with bad attitude at food lion on west market street in Greensboro NC i live walking distance from this food lion and ive learned to be careful what im buying cause i can get cheated out of money with high expensive prices like fried chicken with hardly any meat and uncooked chicken meat that can make customers very sick ! My advice to food lion is to stop worrying about money and do what's right and stop ripping people off.

Nearly everything I want in a grocery store -- fresh produce and meats, good selection on competing products, frozen products are frozen, good sales, great BOGO free offers, fast checkout, clean store, a normally friendly staff, no funky odors, clear aisles, and plenty of parking. One of my favorite grocery stores.

One of the nicest Food Lion in Greensboro! Cashier's are ALWAYS available!! Only suggestion for Food Lion is to also add certain hours for folks with developmental, emotional, cognitive or mental illnesses!!!

It's one of the better stores in Greensboro. Lots of great selection at good price. The hot section has awesome oven and fried foods. You have to catch those deals early in the day while their hot. Excellent place!

I gave four stars only because I like to leave room for improvement and right now there's a lots of room Improvement in this economy! The store is clean and the shelves are well kept stocked with very reasonable prices compared to other stores. They actually still have cashiers that will do what cashiers are supposed to be doing instead of just monitoring you at the self-service checkout. I was able to even locate and ask for assistance in finding several products that I had actually come to the store to purchase! Keep up the good work!
