I went into this Foodlion yesterday, Sep. 1st, about 7:55pm. I waited my turn, it didn't take long this time, usually I have at least a 10 minute wait at the guest counter. I ask the older man serving to give me a second to make sure my money was available. I'm now ready, seconds is all it took, he walks away from the counter, returns never speaking to me again. A Caucasian lady walked up. Hi, how can I help you? Wow, I didn't get that greeting! However, it is my turn, so with knowing he wasn't talking to me, I proceed to tell him what I needed, he then dismissed me and called the Caucasian lady behind me, I'm still standing there waiting for him to acknowledge me. I was so confused! He then tells me, "No, and takes her over me. After serving her a $300 dollar money order, he never acknowledged me at all. I had to ask him was he ready to serve me. I'm cool your racist, but in this day and age if you are racist you need to serve in an all white community. My money is just as good as hers. I moved here in July, I hate this Foodlion, they follow me, because I'm black, and use a backpack because I'm not driving, and most of them are not my color. The black few that work mop floors and push carts. None serve elsewhere. I always feel uncomfortable, but yesterday was my last day purchasing an $1100. dollar money order or spending my grocery money in this store.I hate this store! I still have to pay my bills like ever one of their customers, but they wont see my money! Peace old white guy, you clearly don't need a check from my hard work! You sealed the deal for the whole store. I was not happy with with you all anyway. Target is up the street, they'll get my money instead, although you're closer.

This store is very convenient, since my mom lives right across from it but.. they where out of so much stuff in the food lion brand in the drink & chip isle it looked like they where going out of business. And the 1 sales associate that I did see doing stock was not friendly did not greet any customers as about 5 or 6 of us where right beside of him. Customer service is a very important part of retail store sales!! Please do better !

Nice employees, frequently out of foods, especially when you order online.

I've shopped Food Lion forever! I am a price focused shopper (and don't need alot of frills or fancy for groceries) For me FL is a good combination of low prices, selection and experience. This location has wide aisles, a separate produce section, and self checkout options. They also do a good job of keeping things fresh and stocked.

It's frustrating to spend more time trying to pay than it does to collect $100 worth of groceries. Checkout takes too long. Half the time it's a customer that doesn't know how to pay or their checks, EBT or debit won't work. Lidl opens in 3 days & l will not come here again

I visited this store twice during a visit to Greensboro. It's small but very organized, you'll find everything you need and the produce area was very fresh.

It’s okay. Food lion is over price. I find better deals at Aldi’s Costco and the fresh market on Tuesdays.

Has everything you'll need from a typical grocery store. Some things aren't well labeled on the large aisle signs though. They did actually have enough staff to run registers without backing up, which is a rarity these days.
