Several weeks ago I bought some Footlocker shoes online from Footlocker's website. All I wanted to do is return them, and Footlocker's website says you can return shoes to a local store.First I went to the store at Summit Avenue. Very poor service. I arrived at 6:56 pm and just wanted to return a pair of shoes I had bought online. The store is supposed to close at 7:00 pm, but the three employees inside had already locked the door. I was told to come back tomorrow morning.I then drove across town to this store, the Footlocker in Four Seasons mall which was still open. At that store I asked to return the shoes I bought online, but the store refused to accept my return (even with the original return authorization label from the website). (In contrast, I've had excellent service buying shoes at a competitor store in Four Seasons mall recently).What is the point of having brick & mortar stores, if you're not going to let people buy online and return locally?I also emailed Footlocker when this happened, voiced my concerns, and it has been more than a week with no response at all.

We have mixed feelings about this store. The one woman helping us was amazing 100% but her co-workers not so much. We came in late looking for shoes but couldn't find any I liked in my size...seems everyone wears 9's. The young woman handling the shoes definitely needs a raise or a promotion because she was helping at least 5 customers while her co-workers looked on. Hopefully she gets the recognition she deserves. ??

Just did a walk through, not enough ambition to make sales for anyone that walks through the door, poor judgement based on appearance. Need more motivated sellers that's money motivated...You lose by worrying about who looks like money and who doesn't anyone that walks into your store location is looking to be sold if the hustle ain't in you it just ain't in you. And your entire sales team failed!!!!

Unable to get through when calling. Also, the store in Greensboro is not professional. What happened to uniformity to decipher between someone in the streets and the person who's working there? The people are nice, but need professional tips in my opinion.

The attitude I had to deal with from the guy that was checking me out was ridiculous. This guy acted like he didn't want to help me. He literally acted like I was bothering him and I don't even know the guy. If I would've recorded him like I started to he probably would no longer be employed there. He'll be the reason I never order from Foot Locker again. That was the worst customer service I've experienced. Everyone that works here acts like they hate their job and life. If you don't enjoy what you do it's simple quit. Because they act like you owe them something when we're shopping to help them get a check. When it's busy they're all over the place and ignore who they want to.
