Walked went to a lady told her I am picking up shoes, for my daughter. Its a pair of Heelys for grandson. She stated I needed her to send her id. She just was being difficult & was not helpful. I told she put my name down. At that point I walked a way & asked a man to help. I told her she acting like she dont understand my language. So I show him the email info then he goes to back guess who comes back with the box same lady. I state he went back to get them and I show him my id she still holding shoes shows another lady holding me up. I do not like my experience and dont recommend this store.

I like the shoes fine but the service at the Four Seasons Mall location sucked. I walked in was never greeted and the lady working walks in the back never speaking. She walks out again and never speaks so I start out and still NOTHING!! Not good customer service.
