Their service practices are showdy and dishonest.Im a current Goodyear Employee of 29yrs now and this locations service is Not Consistent with our Business Code of Conduct.A formal ethics complaint will be filed with my HR and Corporate team members.A.W.Garcia

Chris was absolutely the best when acknowledging my mechanical issues, Chris elaborated his findings very well to my understanding and was able to rectify the error in a timely manner. I like this particular location in the manner which my vehicle is cared for.

Everyone at this establishment is mad rude. It’s disgusting. I was handed my keys with no explanation to what was going on with my car. Waited for over an hour both times I was there. It cost nothing to be nice to people. I saw several people get treated way differently than me and it was really upsetting. I hope I never have to return here again.

Made an appointment online for new tires, arrived 10 minutes before the appointment. Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours only to be told that they didn’t actually have the tires and that maybe they could get them today maybe not. Don’t waist your time at the Goodyear with the most incompetent employees in town. A good manager would have checked the appointments and checked to make sure the correct tires were in stock before I ever arrived.

One of the best automotive service centers you will find. Chris and his crew will take care of your vehicle. They are trustworthy, fair, and efficient. It's hard to find good mechanics you can trust. It is always a good year at Goodyear.

Jeff and the crew took great care of my car and provided excellent service. Located the problem super quick and fixed her right up. They were busy as hell but still managed to get stuff done and keep their cool. I’ll definitely be back. I hope they all get raises! These guys work hard.

Daughter's car battery died and took to Goodyear at noon. They found the brake light switch broken, replaced and in checking the year old Diehard battery, found it going bad and replaced under warranty. My family and I have been coming to this Goodyear since 1993. When I was General Manager of Foreign Accents I sent all the tire and alignments here. Chris is a great store manager and Jeff a great service manager. They have a good team of checks and the best alignment person in Hi Tran in MHO.

This is where I go for all my auto needs. But like all mechanic and automotive shops. anytime I come here it's something more I need fixed then I originally came to get fixed .

Would give less than zero stars if possible. Took vehicle in for a tire patch and after taking several hours discovered after pickup the Tire Pressure System was broken by the technicians. When I took it back to attempt to get it fixed, I was told they didn’t have time for it because they “only had a few guys” and it would take several more hours to get around to. Eventually cost me hundreds of dollars to get fixed at a different mechanics.Avoid at all cost

Had a low tire warning and they took care of me in ten minutes. Checked the tires, filled them and sent me on my way with a handshake and a smile.

Went in for oil change and a car care check because I’ve been hearing noises coming from car, got my oil changed and they told me it was my belt tension. Set appointment for that Friday to get it fix, even drop it off early. When picking it up I was told they didn’t do my service I ask for, they use some type of brush to brush my belt now the noise is gone all I have to pay for is them checking the noise which THEY ALREADY DID WHEN I RECEIVED MY OIL CHANGED. Next day my car is making the same noise, which he said “i don’t know how long that will worked” Sooooo why wasn’t my service just done? My time was wasted.

When I got 32k miles from a tire warrantied for 85k, and asked how much they would prorate the tires, employee lied to me on 4 different occasions, saying he's trying to find that out. Customer service confirmed that nobody from this location called about me. If they had simply said they weren't going to honor the warranty instead of lying, I would have bought the new tires anyway. You lost $743 of business, not to mention any future business. 18 years of loyalty means nothing to these people.

Second time that I made an appointment days in advance just to get a call 25 min before to tell me they are too busy and I would be sitting around for a while! Why make an appointment then in the first place if you take on more customers than you can handle and then don’t honor your appointments? I have a busy work schedule and when I make an appointment way in advance I expect them to stick to it! I know pulling a nail and plugging it isn’t a lot of revenue, but I also just had them put a set of new tires on one of my other cars 3 months ago for over 1k and had them switch and rotate tires on two other cars. I guess they don’t want my business and I am bringing it to a different place from here on out! Worst customer service and management!And now, to top it all off, they responded to my review with a standardized response that even talks about "my travel plans" that were interrupted... no travel plans were interrupted! I had appointments and you just wasted my time the first time for a few hours and this time I didn't let it happen because I simply didn't have time to sit around and wait even though I had an appointment! Just shows how important these reviews are for them. They don't even address the issue, because the manager simply doesn't care.

These folks are nice enough and they do good work. And yes, they are expensive. But they just seem to be way too busy and it's affecting their business. It seems to me that accepting a few less customers would result in better results all around. Just sayin....

Appointments don’t mean anything. Made an appointment to just plug a tire. Arrived and was told it would be hours before they would get to it. Three stars just because they’re polite.
