As a contractor who regularly buys from half a dozen suppliers and spends many hours in Home Depot, Lowes, etc, I cannot understand who or what does the pricing. Many items although broke down and missing parts are priced at least 20% higher than when sold new at retail locations. I understand our country is experiencing an IQ reduction and gen z is basically the first special needs mentally handicapped generation however pricing these donated worn out used items should not result in trying to sell for 20%plus higher than new retail. Please teach the. people that price items how. the world works...

Edit: This location is closed now. Head to the other one on Gatecity blvd. !A fantastic thrift store for home goods, furniture, and large appliances. They also have some small appliances, frames, lightbulbs, construction saved items like tiles, rain gutters, and wood- all cheaper than what you would originally pay, and saved from being wasted :)

Excellent Restore location that does wonderful things in the community helping to gather and sell used goods for low prices to those who desperately need it. The staff are friendly, the selection is great from ?️ furniture, grills, frames, art, light bulbs ?and more. They also build houses for those in need and require each recipient to work in their stores or on other homesites to help pay for their experience.

Just came back to pick up a bookshelf I bought earlier. By the time I handed the staff my claim receipt and backed up my car to the loading dock, the item was right there ready to go. The staff even helped get it in the car, and they were so nice!! (Note-there is a sign stating to bring your own help just in case) Great experience!!!

This is a great place to find a very unique piece of furniture for your home if you like to antique or bargain shop. I love this store. You may just luck up and find something you may need for a remodel. Always money well spent for a great cause.
