I absolutely love using HT Pharmacy. The techs are always super nice and ready to help.

I mainly shop at HT for my wine. I prefer Steelbird by Smoking Loon because it's un-oaked so it tastes clean, not smokey or woody. It's pretty hard to find but HT always has it. Now, before you think I'm snooty and a wine snob, I assure you, I'm not. This wine has a screw top and is usually on sale for only $7.99. I would've bought 12 bottles to get the additional full case discount of 20% but they only had 5 bottles on the shelf. That party foul that would've cost them a star but it was on sale for $6.99 with a VIC card and it's my own fault for trying to buy it the day before Thanksgiving.

HORRIBLE service! How does a pharmacy FORGET to fill your prescription?! How does it FALL between the cracks at a PHARMACY?! My doctors’s office faxed over my prescription and I was sent a text stating that it wasn’t in stock call the listed number for further assistance. I immediately call they tell me it has to be ordered but will be in the next day after 3pm. Since I have other prescriptions to be filled I give them 2 extra days before I call to check in. Behold it was NEVER filled. I have to wait an additional 3 days!!! Forget it!!!

Always a nice experience. Friendly people. Always have what i need. I drive 45 mins away just to use this pharmacy. The prices are better (fuel points) and when they say it's ready it is ready. No emails sent saying your meds are ready and you get there and they haven't even started on it. Looking at you Wal Mart. CVS. Prolly some other but they are the worst for me. BTW if you don't have health insurance BUT THE GOODRx GOLD for $10 a month. I promise you it is worth it!

Harris Teeter can be proud of their contribution to the spike of COVID in NC. After being concerned about the number of people not wearing masks in the store (and their ability to still check out, putting the other customers and cashiers at risk) I called the corporate number to ask about their policy. All one has to do is say they have a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a mask and they are allowed to continue shopping in the store without a mask with everyone else. Unlike the Target right next door, HT does not require that customers who don't want to (or can't) wear a mask to use the contactless shopping options. They said it would be a HIPPA violation to ask what the medical condition is (which it is), but failed to mention that it's not a HIPPA violation to ask the customer to use the contactless option and not be in the store with the mask-wearing customers and employees. So if you're one of those people who doesn't want their individual rights stomped on or doesn't believe that COVID is a real thing and you want to walk around stores unmasked, Harris Teeter is the place for you.

I've got mixed feelings about this place. On one hand, they use the Vic card. I don't like the coupon system. Usually I rate very low for this, but this is a supermarket, and it's the norm. It's also more expensive, and you never know what the price is going to be due to Vic. That said, the vegetables and fruit are excellent, and they usually have fresh food. The fruit and Vegetables are often high quality and lager than other stores Their food in general is rarely dated and there is a large selection. There are also specialized foods. The only thing I really don't like are the carts. They are often rattly and bumpy. They are also heavy. I prefer the plastic carts. They are quiet and easy to use I shop here often

A-Ok for this particular Harris Teeter on Lawndale in Greensboro. Definitely not the biggest store locally and really I'm not used to the layout. The fresh & hot food is kind of lacking...the Asian Bar was pretty sparse. I think because the store is on the smaller side, everything seems kind of cramped if that makes sense? Especially in the deli and produce sections. I hit the deli counter and both the seafood & meat counters and unfortunately service all around was ok...decent...nothing spectacular. Even at the registers the check out service was just so-so, however a young man who helped bag & organize my items was extremely friendly and helpful. I would not go out of my way to hit up this particular Harris Teeter; I would definitely drive a couple of miles to the one in Friendly Center any day.

Very disappointed. I tried other places for same pizza. So I really like how they made it. So I was so excited to get it. But it's burned and tastes is not the same.

One of the better locations. Not overcrowded, decently well stocked, good selection. They have some specialty items food lion and Walmart don't have.....like my delicious ginger beer.

They have everything you need here. Also, then tend to manage their lines better than other stores. Staff are nice and produce is fresh. Seafood section stays open later than other stores.

I tried the express pickup. They didn't have many of my items so I had to go to Whole Foods to get the food I needed for the week like fresh strawberries and snacks. I got home with my Adkins shakes from Harris Teeter. I drank one day before yesterday drank one got sick. I didn't know that they expired in November 2016 until I went to open it today. Now I need to take the item back for a refund.
