I really appreciate the staff here. They’re always really friendly and personable. They go out of their way to know you and what’s going on. Nicko especially is always super nice and helpful. They always make a point to ask how I’m doing and it really does mean a lot. Glad to have them nearby!

I realize it’s Labor Day and that’s most places if not all places were either close early or are closed for the day but if they’re closing at 6 o’clock and I woke up at 5:58 and the gate is closing!!!! I Was obviously unaware of the early closing but they also closed earlier than a schedule time

This store is run by a bunch of Racist. Let me start by saying that I'm a 52 year old light skinned Cuban male born and raised in this country. I am in Law Enforcement. And for the first time in my life, I was profiled by an uptight, adviously no man getting female. I was self checking out when from the side I heard a voice saying watch that guy. I didn't think she was talking about me, but sure enough when I looked up I saw this young man standing behind me just staring at me. I couldn't believe it. This store will never get another penny of my hard earned money.

I was shopping this afternoon Thursday May 14th. Somehow in a seasoned citizen moment, I lost my reading glasses. I went to the customer service desk and there were my glasses. The glasses had been turned in by a fellow shopper and customer service employees return them to me. A job well done by all involved in this matter. ?

we have been going to this pharmacy for as long as i can remember and everyone has been amazing! but tonight i went with my mom to get nausea medicine for my stepdad who has a port and gets iv antibiotics that make him very sick. my mom had worked all day and we barely made it to the store in time but Holly stayed to help us get my stepdads medicine that had to been called in from another doctor. holly stayed on hold and stayed after store hours to get what we needed and i am so thankful she did. people like holly should be greatly appreciated and recognized for her wonderfully sweet heart. thank you holly!!

On the several occasions I have been to this store, customer service is always awful/sub-par. The current (male) manager is extremely unfriendly. When I brought back a $3.78 item for a return because it was compromised in quality, he refused to refund me that money because I didn't have a receipt. Was treated like someone wanted by the FBI, gave me the 10th degree and made a huge federal case out of the whole matter. When I have been to this place it is always virtually empty and I can really see why. Reminiscent of the awful HT on W. Market (same disinterest and lack of helpfulness on the part of staff there as well). No people on the floor to help you find items. Bathrooms dirty. Asked for help carrying out 35-water bottle case but "everyone is busy". When I mentioned I had a physical disability and couldn't lift the 35-water bottles, the employee shrugged his shoulders and walked away, snapping the gum he was chewing. I walked out (with the item I wasn't allowed to return for a refund) and went straight up the street to Trader Joe's and had the night and day/polar opposite experience: staff running to help me (and always with a smile), festive/party-like atmosphere there. Food items looked appetizing and the lay-out of the store was very easy to navigate. It was actually FUN to shop at TJ's and when I was at the check-out station, the TJ employee said "we'd love to help you with your groceries out to the car. Can we do that?" Customer service is fantastic. From now on I choose to spend my money at TJ's. PS: if you don't have a receipt, doesn't matter. The staff will STILL refund your money and without the overweening and hostile attitude of HT employees~
