Black lady with the glasses is very disrespectful and don’t really respect people time. Whether you call and make a reservation or maybe you have some questions about the reservation you’ve already made. She will do everything in her power NOT to do her job nor accommodate with any of the customers at that give moment. Come here at your own risk….

These people will literally waste your time. I have a reservation to pick up a car that was supposed to be available. I literally drove hours to be here and they have just wasted my time and money because there is actually no car available at all and they have no idea when a car will be available.. I’m annoyed this is very unprofessional. The only option they give is to wait around for a car to maybe or maybe not be retire but no guarantee because it’s first come first serve.. yikes. Bad for business.

I actually had excellent customer service here. The lady that helped me was incredibly polite and nice. She wasn't overwhelmed by the 6 people standing there and was very competent.3 stars because the car reeks so badly of smoke I've had to wash my sweatshirts and jackets just from being in there. My son and I have had to drive with the windows completely down and it's really cold out!I also called to ask a question and was put on hold for about 15 mins; this isn't upsetting to me as it seems to be to other reviewers though. You could see how busy they were and it's a large company. Just want to set expectations.

For the guy in front of me, it took over an hour to get a car ready. For me, it took forty-five minutes. We both had reservations. The only person who had any sense of urgency was the kind gentleman in the back.

Terrible experience rental is based off customer credit score regardless of meeting All other requirements by Hertz I make my income from Uber to meet all requirements and be denied was offensive and disappointing really feels like discrimination

Friendly staff, no problems with my rentals so far. There may be a little waiting involved because there isn't a lot of staff, but everyone there does their best to make things easy.

Called to confirm my reservation and was put on hold. 11 minutes later I hung up and called back 3 times with no answer. Waited about 15 min and called back and finally they answered the phone, it was the manager. When I arrived there were only 2 employees up front and the manager was somewhere in the back. The employee that was helping me had no clue what vehicle I was supposed to get. They found a car and I was on my way 20 min later. Will not use this business again.

I will not rent a car from this Hertz location due to the lack of customer service. I wasn’t greeted upon entry. While I was talking to the Hertz employee another customer came in and the employee immediately stopped assisting me. The employee and other customer had a conversation while I was standing waiting to be serviced. Due to this and the lack of customer service I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I haven’t had too much of difficult time renting here. I’ve had an Uber rental with them since August. They can get overwhelmed & a bit crabby w/ customers at times. Calling can be a huge hassle that’ll leave you on hold for minutes-hours or just hung up on. It’s a busy location for such a small place & they do the best they can. Lots of the employees are friendly & accommodating. Jay is my go to guy.

BEWARE! DO NOT RENT HERE! I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The absolute WORST renting experience ever. The employees are UNPROFESSIONAL and have 0 customer service skills. They show favoritism for people they like and hold cars for people they like. You can reserve a car but it means NOTHING because they give away cars according to who they like, not by who reserves it. I initially rented a tesla, I got there and they gave me a Mazda Cx-5. It was a nice car so I was okay. The Mazda was sold and I was contacted to return the vehicle. I reserved another vehicle so that I can pick up another one at the same time I returned the Mazda. This was an Uber rental. When I called the day before, the lady told me that "sometimes they will hold cars for people" in the midst of her talking about available inventory to me. When I got there the next day (AFTER USING PTO TO LEAVE WORK EARLY FOR THIS SWAP) at my scheduled pick up time, no car was available. The employees really do not care at all, they have a "we dont have any cars, oh well, not my problem" attitude. Their attitudes are so disgusting. ABSOLUTELY NO EMPATHY WHATSOEVER for the inconvenience they cause with their bad business. One of the girls was kissing up to a man in the back of the store whom she was helping but clearly had romantic interests in. She was so nice and pleasant with him but was rude to me while jumping into a conversation I was having with the lady at the front desk. They are lucky I have grown as a person because I kept my composure and rented elsewhere. This place needs to be shut down, its a cancer to the community. horrible employees with absolutely no customer service skills. DO NOT RENT HERE!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Do not rent here, the worse place ever. I did my reservation a month ago to get there and they don’t have any car available. I needed to wait more than 30 min to talk to the attendant and another 30/45 min for them to tell me there was no car available and they would call me if any car was returned. I had a trip scheduled for before lunch to Miami, needed to rent last minute at Enterprise, that had a totally different customer service. Hertz need to learn with Enterprise.

Reserved a van several weeks in advance, called to verify that a van large enough for my needs was available the day before, took an Uber to pick it up the morning of my reservation…and of course…no van. The employees were friendly until I had an issue, then they basically ignored me. Didn’t offer to find a different vehicle. Didn’t offer to help me look for an a van at other locations. Asked if any of the employees that were working could drive me back home, they said no. Couldn’t help me cancel the reservation to get a refund. I had to order and pay for another Uber to get back home. Unprofessional and unhelpful.

This is by far the most unprofessional rental place I have ever dealt with. I am usually calm but this place really takes you out of your element because of the rudeness. Customer service is terrible especially the lady that wears the glasses and works at the front desk. I have called numerous times and every time, she will answer the phone and put me on hold for 30+ min and then hang up in my face. Don't even give me a chance to say what I have to say. Everything about them are unorganized and it shouldn't be a wait on getting help every time I come to this place of business. This is the only place that accepts Uber rental and they are not keeping none of their cars updated and even if you make a reservation, they still will not have a car ready for you. I would like to report them to HR, corporate or somebody so they know how terribly their business is being ran. I have outgrown my patience tremendously and I am not ok with the way they are going about with their business being that this is the only place in Greensboro that accepts Uber Rental. If I could give no stars, I would.
