Had the BEST experience today.I was expecting my knowledge on insulation for craw space was going to make my trip be an all day event between looking at the products and what google recommended. D (Dandrea < hope I spelled your name correctly) and Seth were SO MUCH HELP! D immediately asked me if I needed help and she pointed me in the right direction with all of the product and tools I needed to achieve my goal. She then got Seth and they both loaded and pushed the carts to the desk so I could check out. Seth then met me at the loading dock and patiently waited as I reorganized my chaos in my vehicle and even loaded for me (no easy task). Super happy with my visit today. I wish the very best to both of these employee and I hope Home Depot treats you as well as you treated me today. Bless you both.

Thursday I ordered lumber for pick up from Home Depot on Elmsley in Greensboro. Received email it was ready and would be held until 1/2/25. Went to pickup Friday afternoon. Checked in and waited 20 minutes with no response/action. Went into desk. Showed order on screen. They were clueless. Sent me to lumber. They sent me back to desk. Still no order and no one with any knowledge or desire to assist. Cancelled order as this is second time this store did not complete an on line order. Terrible service and poorly trained staff.

Staff at this location seem to be a little more distant and then helpful. After walking around the store longer than I anticipated and searching for help ...it was for the best to just order online and have it delivered.

I’ve been here at this store for over an hour to order blinds and nobody seems to know what they are doing at Customer Service! ( South elm Eugene st ) The Manager doesn’t even know what he is doing! I’ve never experienced this before at this location! I even bought a gift card in the store to pay for the purchase and they couldn’t complete the transaction!! Never again!!
