This Home Depot store is a hidden gem, and I do mean hidden. I have been shopping at the Trader Joe's on Battleground for years and had no idea there was a Home Depot store behind it because there's no signage.
The store staff is professional and very helpful.
The story is clean and well laid out. They'll soon be stocking their Spring plants. I do encourage you to visit.
I went there to buy a washer for my bathroom sink plug and while I did not find it, the plumbing staff was very helpful and giving me alternatives.
I bought that plus a few other items and will visit again in a few weeks to get plants from my garden.

I called the Battleground store to check the availability of a Moen bathroom sink faucet,
which showed up as available online . Twice my call was transferred and then dropped. I then called Lowes, which further away from me. The person who picked up the call immediately offered to go to the bay to check since I didn't have the item number. After checking I was told that the item was available.
I decided to stop by Home Depot anyway since it was closer. The item that I wanted was not available. I then told the manager Chris Hutton about the experience I had with customer service. He immediately offered to sell me a higher priced Moen faucet at the price of the lower priced item that I had found online earlier.
I really wanted to let the manager know about their customer service because it was not good for business. Chris exceeded my expectations with his gesture. I was also assisted by Drew who helped me find the item I wanted.

Home Depot is Home Depot. Pretty much the same everywhere. Has 90-95% of what I'm looking for whenever I go.

I stopped shopping at Home Depot two years ago because every time I ordered something and went to pick it up curbside, there was an extended wait, more so than any other company I've used this feature for, and many times after I checked in and waited 10 to 15 minutes, I had to call to see if someone would come out. Fast forward two years to today. I thought surely in that span of time, Home Depot would have worked that out (I've brought it to their attention on at least two occasions in the past that this was a problem). But nope! After 20 minutes of waiting at my designated parking spot and even checking in twice to get their attention, nobody ever came out for me or the gentleman in front of me. They just absolutely did not come out. I ended up just canceling my purchase because why spend money with a company that can't be bothered to provide a service they offer to customers. Lowe's is only three miles away from this Home Depot...do yourself a favor and go there! They're always on point at Lowe's. Home Depot, honestly, quite literally could not care less.

Complete morons. You schedule a service & they don't show. Worse yet, they finally show & charge $40 to measure, then never order parts. Two months later & nothing gets done. You call & they are completely disorganized & lost. Dealing with these clowns is a waste of money & time!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Caleb, Tyler and Brandon. Caleb was so helpful and greeted my family as soon as we entered the store. Caleb and Tyler saved Christmas! I was having train trouble and they helped us find the tools we need and patiently answered all of our many, many questions .

Ever since buying my first home, I feel like this Home Depot has become my second one. In the past 3 months I have worked with someone in every single department of this store. I can say conclusively that I’ve never had a bad experience, and I have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Don’t order your appliance from Home Depot unless you want this:
I ordered a GE oven, it was delivered on 22 October, but was broken, though still functional.
They left it here, saying they’d deliver a replacement on the 30th.
Then the 30th was delayed until 4 November.
A few days later, another delay, until 7 November.
A few days later, another delay, to 13 November.
I no longer believe they have ovens. Now I’ll have to shop elsewhere. Of course, I only get a refund when they pick up their oven and return it to their warehouse. I expect delays with this too.
I will say that during the initial delays Melissa was proactive and helpful, it’s not her fault Home Depot can’t deliver an oven.
