The workers are lazy, trying to get someone on the phone for a simple question is impossible. Most of the workers are elderly and they all move slow. You're going to need a tremendous amount of patience so that you don't get frustrated. No one wants to work or do their jobs. They even hide away. I came in one day to speak with Mark because calling was a failure and ended up looking for him for 30 minutes, they called him 5 times on the intercom, come to find out he was hiding off in the back having a mediocre conversation with another coworker who also should've been on the floor working. THEY ARE LAZY! I've been given the run around for 3 days. It's best to just go in person to do anything and to also follow up. This location is pathetic. Better to hire 3rd party for any installation that you need. These people are ridiculous. I've never encountered such a terrible experience at Home depot like I have here.

I always go to this store when I need paint. Deborah who is in paint section is a color nerd and she helps me a lot every time. I will never waste even a penny at Lowe's.

I had an excellent experience at Home Depot today, even on Christmas Eve when I’m sure they were incredibly busy. All of the staff I interacted with—about five or six different workers—were so knowledgeable, helpful, and sweet. From the manager down, it was top-notch service, and I will definitely be back.
I also want to mention how comfortable I felt as a woman shopping in the store. The staff made me feel welcome and respected, which I really appreciated.
Despite the holiday rush, they never made me feel rushed or overlooked. To top it off, they made Christmas magic happen by creating a set that was sold out. Thank you to the amazing team at Home Depot for making my shopping experience so smooth and pleasant!

We were loading our own 50 lb bags of sand because we couldn't find any employees except the loud guy dressed as Santa. Once we finished, we found ourselves trapped in the aisle because the employees were so busy on their personal phone calls, they didn't even notice we were in the aisle before they closed it off. We managed to catch one guy before he got away, and he didn't even pause his phone call while he opened the gate. What is that?? Lol
