I've shopped at this store for a relatively short period of time.I've made several purchases there without a problem. These were in store purchases. However, recently I went into the store to purchase two security cameras. They were locked in a cage in one of the isles. I had customer service call for an employee to come to that isle to open the cage so that I could purchase the cameras. No one came. Finally I stopped an employee in the isle and asked for assistance which he provided. I made the purchase and left the store. The store was not crowded. The following day, I realized that I needed two more cameras so I decided to purchase them online. I placed the order at 1:30 pm (on a weekday) and the order is not yet ready for pick up after5:00 pm. I don't think I would recommend THIS store if you need to get something done with your purchase in the immediate future.

There is an old man, he said to me I'm going for lunch I will be unloading after 45 mins . And after 2 hours another guy came and asked when you been here. I told him the time. He said old man lying to you . He doesn't want to perform your duties. It's for truckers when you come here if the worker says you like some like that then have to speak with the manager .

Filled up our cart and then the alarms went off and they kicked everyone out. The fire trucks came, which my daughter loved. Overall exciting for a Sunday.

I ordered flooring two days ago that was due to be delivered Jan 19, this morning at 8am I get a voicemail stating my order is on its way and it’ll be here between 11-4 but it’s okay. I work 5 mins up the road and can meet the driver no problem, so I call the number that was left by the driver to confirm that I don’t want my large order left curbside, I want it in my garage where there is a space already cleared. She “took note and put in a request” for the driver to call me before arriving and gave me a link to track my order. The link never updated, the driver never called and my flooring was left in my outside in the pouring rain where I park my car to carry my 8 month old inside after work. All the paperwork is drenched, the boxes the flooring is in are soaked and I can’t confirm that none of it is damaged. I called the driver, the drivers company say it’s Home Depot’s fault, I call Home Depot who say it’s the trucking companies fault. Nobody wants to take responsibility for my flooring being left outside without warning, I paid a lot of money for this project just for this company to treat it like trash. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The worst experience in my entire life! Just bought $2,600 in porcelain tile and they left it outside in the rain/snow without calling or any notification!!! In the notes they were suppose to call before arriving as well and put the crate in my garage. It weighed over 956 lbs and it is all ruined!!!! I want someone to reach out asap!!!!

Complete joke. Exactly why I shop at Lowes. Son was given a tool for Christmas we had the order receipt and was told they could only refund the total to the card used to purchase. So much for trying to exchange it for a different item that would have been much more. Thanks Home Depot I’ll continue to purchase all of my business products from Lowes while my 18 year old son understands why I never shop with Home Depot!

Bought a gas stove and had it installed by Home Depot. Left the installer a great review because I thought everything was great. We left our home and returned to a house full of gas! The installation team apparently had no clue how to install a gas appliance. Luckily, after the fire department showed up and shut off our gas, a Piedmont Natural Gas rep arrived and went out of his way to properly install our gas stove so we wouldn’t be without a stove on Thanksgiving Day. When my husband told him the installers were certified, he laughed because he found several problems. Beware if you choose to have Home Depot’s outsourced installation team handle your gas appliances. Thank God for the Stokesdale fire Dept, Engine 12 & our Piedmont Natural Gas rep. These guys are awesome. Home Depot’s outsourced installation team….CLUELESS!
