Amazing Customer Service! I have purchased many items from Hot Dog Collars. When I encountered a problem they went above and beyond to ensure the problem was resolved. I would highly recommend Hot Dog Collars!

Nobody to answer the phone on either customer service published phone line. They hang up. Cannot reach a live person by phone. They don't make their returns seamless. You have to do all the legwork. Their customer service department does not exist. I will buy from Chewy and Amazon going forward.

I don't understand all these negative reviews but I thought Hot dog collars was AWESOME!!! I ordered martingale collars, tags and matching leashes. I got the flower power for my female and wacky dogs for the male. Really cute. They were very reasonably priced and came much quicker than I thought. Maybe not super top quality but definately worth the price and nice working with US based firm.

I haven't been to the store but I have ordered from them repeatedly and been pleased every time. I had to return an item because I bought the wrong size and had no hassle.

Not sure why I am seeing so many negative reviews. I got a Facebook ad from HotDogCollars.com and I placed an order without checking out the reviews first. I subsequently remembered the bad experiences I have had recently with those targeted ads, so I looked up the reviews here. Instantly I thought to myself, oh I just wasted $40 and I am never going to get my collar and leash. WRONG! My shipment came within two weeks of placing my order and I could not be more pleased! Will definitely shop here again!

I loved my experience with Hot Dog Collars. I was looking for a polka dot leash for my new pup who had a polka dot collar when I adopted her. I like the collar but couldn't find a polka dot leashing any store. I went online and found this site. I took a chance and bought two. Very happy with them. Cute and well made. I would use this company again

Great customer service. Prices are wonderful. I will continue to order ALL my leashes and harnesses from them. So many cute patterns to choose from. For a small business they have the bar high!

I love their products. They have great designs, the collars are well made and they last. Compared to other collars they are priced well and have a great selection. I've bought them again and again because I love to change out my dogs collars and their products are great.

Great product, family owned. The price for the embroidered collar, $9.95 ,currently, is great!Unfortunately, they talk a lot about customer service but it is almost non existent. Turn around time is two weeks or more. They were out of stock of one of the collars and never notified me although I inquired several times. They waited until it came in to ship the rest of the items. I would have preferred they ship everything else and then that one when it was back in stock. These issues could ultimately sink a company. We'll see how it goes.

I received my order in 2-3 days. It might help that I am only 50 miles away. I see from some of the reviews delivery time has been an issue but was not the case for us. My customer service was superb.

I've ordered many items over the years from this company, and have been very happy until recently. Hence the two stars rather than the negative stars they deserve at this point. As a family owned company, or so they claim, you'd expect them to be more willing to jump up, admit their mistakes, and be able to do anything to make the customer happy. Instead, you're put off, saying they'll get back to you, or given excuses about how the big stores are shutting them out. But, they never follow up. And, if they are selling on Amazon and eBay, claiming to have served over a million dogs, then, they are in the big league, Baby! Anyway, I live just blocks from them, and took them up on the lifetime replacement guarantee. I paid for tracking, and the signature required option for return postage, and they got the poor quality products back about 14 hours after I left them at the Post Office. Yet, following up three weeks later, they claimed not to have gotten the items yet. After sending in proof of them signing for it, there were no apologies for basically calling me a liar and a scammer. It still took over a month for them to mail the replacement items. Already, not even weeks later, the engraving is barely visible on the new tags, the collars are losing threads with every movement, and, when wet, the collar transfers colored dye wherever my coochie poochies lay their heads. The leash has transferred color to my gloves, and jacket, as well. And, FYI, it does not wash out. Additionally, the products pictured aren't always the exact ones you'll get. So, based on the new, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR PRODUCT QUALITY, long ship/turnaround time, inferring customers are always wrong, and because THEY LIE, I'm no longer recommending this company as I once did. I normally prefer family owned companies because I own a couple, but, you must always show respect in business, and do as you say. After spending a good $1,000 over the years on items for my spoiled rotten four legged (each season they needed a new tag/collar/leash/harness combo, so it added up quickly, and I do love to spoil, not realizing that total- YIKES!), I'll probably never order from them again. And, as a family owned business, it seems like they'd want somebody that spoils my critters, as well as my kids', and grandkids' critters, etc, I'm an easy target, and work with me over my comments and concerns versus never following through. Bottom line: if they don't care about their products, nor their customers, why should I care about buying from them?

Terrible customer service. Placed an order 12/1 and still haven't received on 12/18. I will not use another hot dog collar!
