I've used H&R block in the past but today I was handled with little care. No explanation and was told the wrong details. I can read my tax forms yet I was inform that I would get not even a third of what the form said. Then they wanted to charge me 5 times what they have charged me in the past

I've been coming to this location for over 20 years. Never again. They have new people working here that are rude and incompetent. I had to correct them how to do my taxes and then they overcharged me. Nothing but incompetence and attitude. F*#k them.
