Booked this place for my business stay and had the worst experience in staying at this place ..they just don't do their house keeping the rooms are left dirty and unclean the bed Linen is not being changed nor the bath Towels being replenished..most horrible sight coming in after a days busy schedule..I wouldn't ever recommend to anyone to stay in Haytt period..

If I could rate it a 0 I would...Just arrived at 4:45am after an 8 hour drive and our car broke down....Our reservation was not honored and we were turned away with a 3 year old who was sleep deprived. The main desk clerk at the time, a woman playing on her cell phone, had told us our reservation time had passed and didn't even bother to help us make a new reservation.I guess it's safe to say that Greensboro is not family friendly, especially the Hyatt Place.

Don't do it..don't book this hotel. Go next door to Tru. They will overbook and give away your room without notice. No text. No email. Two times in the last three months. Workers are blasé about because they know it happens all the time. This is a management and ownership issue. You've been warned.

Checked in 3 weeks in a row and every time there was an issue with the rooms, not cleaned or very noisy rooms.Be aware that they have very noisy rooms.Close to the elevator you hear the elevator going like it's in your room.Not recommended if you sleep very light.

I am so pleased with the service and amenities at this hotel. And I big shout outTo general manager Elliott Wright! He went above and beyond to help me and my family with getting us a room earlier since our flight got here so early and we traveled overnight. He gave us tips on where to dine and what could we explore around in our short time free. ?? The staff is friendly!Myself and family felt very comfortable walking around the hotel. They have the best handmade lemonade !! With sliced strawberries and all y’all! Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable, is close to all main restaurants. He is always present and dedicated to the guest and staff.

This is very disappointing Hyatt location. Few month ago I had molds in my room and district manger Nicole offered complimentary nights.Today I made reservation with receptionist Marvin but when I arrived at the hotel they couldn’t find the reservation.I had to wait an hour at the lobby because nobody here wanted to take any responsibility.What is the most disappointing part of all this is general manager Elliott didn’t want to do anything about the situation. This person should never be general manager. You don’t just let customer wait without any solutions.However night shift lady name by Luanda took over the shift and resolved the issue.Hyatt you need to fire this general manager and get your act together!

Came out here for a small vacay and thanksgiving to see some friends. Love the hotel, have no complaints. Room was clean and comfortable. Only caught breakfast one time and it was good. Staff were okay but seemed a bit disconnected from the place. I think it might just be a “Job” for them. Hopefully they get chairs at the front desk soon. Standing all day long is very overrated. Other than that. Thank you Hyatt, looking forward to more bookings!

They made some good use of space, in a small room.Although the couch is a bit hard you can relax while watching some TV on the swivel mount you can also watch it from the king size bed which is very comfortable.A Lil disappointing they don't have a microwave in the room but do have a mini fridgeBreakfast was ok and could use some fresh fruit,lots of tvs to watch some early morning news while having breakfastAll and all pretty good stay would be back again ?.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt for NC A&T’s homecoming. The room was very nice and priced well for the weekend. The front desk was a little slow checking us in but overall the customer service was good. The breakfast was also pretty good, however there were remnants of coffee in the hot water kettle used for tea. Again this was minor and overall my stay was good.

We chose this Hyatt Place over the downtown one b/c of its proximity to the airport. Upon arriving, everything was just kind of a mess. Lots of people were camped out in the lobby area waiting to get checked in. The front desk attendant said no rooms were available until 3pm. At 2:59 she started calling out names to check people in. Inconvenient, but understandable - that is the official "check-in" time after all. They lobby hadn't been vacuumed, as there was food on the ground, and the bathrooms were in need of attendance. The hotel room itself was fine. The gym is small and the equipment is legit rusting and really could use an upgrade. That said, after traveling and waiting to get checked in, I was just happy to have a functioning machine to get a quick workout in - even if I had to block out the teenagers running around unchecked in there.Despite the hotel itself really needing to be upgraded and it being clearly understaffed, the staff themselves were great. Very helpful and friendly. They're why I'm leaving an overall 4-star review - they really tried to be accommodating, and I appreciated that.

My expectations were already set low as I never have any good experiences with any hotels, but this one definitely takes the cake. No, those discharged filled granny panties do not belong to me. Staff was not helpful, would not let me speak to the manager. I had to call a regional manager named Nicole. They offered to refund me for the last night I had left on my stay, which didn’t seem like much seeing as I was not going to stay another night due to circumstances.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. They have no wake up call option. Their room radio/alarm clock doesn't work. They didn't change our room for the next day stay claiming I should have requested this service in advance, which I've never experienced during my 40 years of traveling. I left two messages for Nicole Guiu, hotel manager to discuss my issues with the hotel and never got a call back from her. It certainly shows how well managed is this property. I saw trash bags by the elevator on a daily basis. The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the name but what a mistake.

There were ants that they did not come and spray for when we reported it, mold on the shower curtain, and in general the floors were dirty with hair and other debri. The blackout curtains were not sufficient to block out the 9 lights in the parking lot. The staff was always nice and attentive and there were lots of restaurants in the area.
