My friend and I wanted to get breakfast after an early morning doctors appointment in Greensboro. We decided on IHOP and I'm so glad we did. Breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. It was a very good day with good food and good friends. Thank you IHOP.

It was a date day with my seven year old and this is one of his favorite breakfast places to attend. Our waitress Tay did such an amazing job keeping us informed about our meal, checked on us regularly and even went beyond her duties to accommodate us with a smile that lit up the whole room. If you are ever in the area, request to sit in her area as she makes a mean hot chocolate and deserves her flowers.Parking: Parking spots are close but there are plentyKid-friendliness: It's a family based restaurantWheelchair accessibility: Double doors and ramp available

My food was amazing. I try to watch my gluten intake and the gluten-free pancakes are very good! My only issue here was that there was such a long wait for the restaurant not to be full. My waitress was very nice and apologetic. The only thing everyone working there said was that the kitchen was slow that day. I mean they were very slow. Other than that, the food was great.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free pancakes which are in my photo and they are very good!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Typically this is our go to IHOP on the weekend, but the weekend was the worst. Ordered the same sinple breakfast, protein pancakes with eggs and bacon also a chicken fajita omelette with pancakes. We sat for about an hour and noticed the server coming with a tray of food unbeknownst to us it was for a couple who came in 20 minutes after us. The server placed the food for the couple who was seated to our right and walked away. About 10 minutes after she came to our table with one of the orders which was the protein pancakes then she moved off to take an order for persons sitting behind us. At this point, we were frustrated because we have not had this experience for all the years we have dined here for breakfast and this goes back to when Ms.Iris was a manager. Unfortunately, we decided to walk out leaving the one order on the table. I called to the restaurant to lodge a complaint, the individual who answered the phone informed me that the manager is busy and asked if I could call back I told her no and she said to hold it may be about 10 minutes. Twelve minutes passed and I hung up then called again, the person the answered said the manger and again asked if I could call back I told her no I will hold on. Within a few minutes a woman came in the line without announcing her name, to be honest should sounded a bit annoyed. Before going in to detai I asked her name at which point she said “it’s Amanda and I am just trying to figure out what is going on.” I told her I am very unhappy because we spent over an hour in the restaurant and our food was not read, yet others orders were prepared and deliver to their table so we left. Her response was she cannot help if employees call out, the side of the grill where our food was cooked only has one chef, and the side where the couple who came after us has 3 chefs. I told her none of what she said was communicated to us. During our visited we get our meals in a timely fashion. We have never waited over an hour for breakfast. The restaurant was not packed at all. I did note that there were many to go orders being taken to the front area of the restaurant. Another thing, no hot tea available. Happy to report we returned home and made a delicious breakfast for 2, hot tea and orange juice included, photos attached. It will be a very long time before we consider returning to this IHOP location. #dissatified

Don't order by phone or online because you will not get order the extras you could normally request dining in. I wanted to order onions and bell peppers add to hash browns. They couldn't do it. Bah...humbug

The manager took the time to explain the services provided with IHOP. I think her name is Amanda. She was polite, sincere and made a great impression to me on the higher quality of IHOP restaurants.

Shantell is one of the nicest person you have working always smiling takes care of everybody NEVER SEE THE MANGERS AND IF YOU DO NONE OF THE SPEAKS DONT KNOW WHY SHES NOT A MANGER ANY MORE BUT GOOD HELP IS HARD TO FIND SAD THAT SHE WILL BE LEAVING SOON HER NEXT JOB WILL LOVE HER

The first time I went here there was an elf on the shelf hanging on the ceiling. It was so cute and the food is delicious here I got the poblano eggs Benedict it's to die for. Servers have always been super friendly towards me and are pretty quick. After a long night, I didn’t want to cook breakfast. Shantell asked me what I had a taste for and I told her I wanted some pancakes but I was very picky about my pancakes & she agreed and stated “I love the crispy buttery edges around mine & I smiled and said so do I!” Shantell said if that’s what you want I’ll make them for you myself. That spoke volumes to me… who do you know that works as a server that not only asks you what do you have a taste for instead of redirecting you back to the menu on your table but then OFFERS to make your food the exact way you want it?? Never met anyone like that before & she was thrilled to do it! You could just tell she had a genuine heart.The pancakes tasted like I made them! ? but the customer service didn’t stop there. I asked to speak to her managers; Annette & Rudy… they were incredibly pleasant! I feel as though sometimes managers don’t read the reviews so I prefer to speak with them in person but they assured me and showed me that their employees always get to see feedback from their customers. They were receptive to what I had to say, addressed me with a smile and engaged with me. I’ve been to this ihop SEVERAL times and it took forever for my food to come out and it was cold but I didn’t complain, but this time I just couldn’t allow the day to go by without sharing such a positive experience!If you ever get a chance to stop here… ask for Shantell! She’ll greet you with a smile, listen to you and offer great choices that will suit your needs, she’ll show compassion, engage in conversation and make sure you have everything you need. Rudy will make you laugh and joke with you to make sure your experience is pleasant and Annette will offer a smile and warmth during your visit.Thank you all for being such a positive experience!
