“I stopped by this Schwab office for the first time recently to discuss a couple of issues I had with Schwab on line services. I did not have an appointment, but was able to meet with the VP. He listened to my issues and helped to resolve each one. He also followed up with a phone call to verify the issues were resolved. Knowing I was new to Schwab and their on line platform, he offered to set up a meeting with an investment counselor to provide me with a better understanding of the Schwab platform. I had that meeting today and found it very helpful! I highly recommend this office; their focus on meeting their clients needs is exemplary!”
