If I could give zero stars I would ! Please buy and get your service done at another Jaguar dealer! It will save so much time and certainty with a service department who has customers service skills!! The service department is ABSOLUT GARBAGE! I had a vehicle there for over 5 weeks waiting on a Symposer! They kept telling me the part was on back order! When I contacted another dealer back order parts DID NOT take that long! When I , I found the part Lori stated that the service manager wouldn’t be back until next day! The following day I had to call the dealership who had the part and flow jaguar on conference call Lori answered the phone when I explained to her that the other dealership was on the phone who had the part! She starts laughing!!!! VERY Unprofessional!!!’ The service manager gets on the phone oh I tried to call you guys yesterday! I’m like how? Little miss unprofessional laughter box said you wasn’t there! So by the end of the conference call the part had already been sold!!!!!’!!!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. My car went in for one repair on my sensors which they charged over a $1000 the day I picked it up got half down the road stopped for gas. When I came out the store all my coolant had leaked out I immediately took pictures and sent to them had it towed back to them. Before I took to them I had just had brakes put the place that did it said it was no leaks no over heating nothing. But once I took to jagur place to have them do a repair on sensors now I’m having major issues with my vehicle they quoted me a price of $4000 to fix which is a complete rip off. I have a local place that can fix for half the cost. I asked jaguar if there’s anything they can do because I’ve spent over $3500 with them in repairs in less than 1 year they said that was the best price. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone nor purchase a Jaguar vehicle. As soon as I can trade it I’m trading it and will not buy another Jaguar they are trash. The manager that was their a few years ago was extremely nice and really worked with people. The manager their now want try to help out. Lori was the advisor assigned to me no help at all neither. Also there’s always an issue with getting loaner cars. The service is just awful and it’s said because for me this is the closed Jaguar service.Response to Manager- There’s no need in me calling Lori spoke with you on my behalf and you said there was nothing that could be done.

It’s spending all this money on a so called luxury vehicle just to get pinto service. They never fix the problem and every time I make an appt it’s always an issue about getting a loaner. Had an appt Thursday still waiting on a phone call, I’m so done with this place.

The service department Is HORRIBLE!!! You cannot get ahold of them. We have tried for 3.5 weeks to get someone on to call back and it required a call to the GM. To top it off the service manager is a LIAR. Do your self a favor if you can and take your vehicle to Charlotte or Cary. I will from this day forward.

I made an appointment 3 weeks ahead of time for 2 new tires, brakes, general maintenance light, loose headlamp and scratched rim repair. The person I spoke to said I had to be there at 10am because the rim repair guy need that time slot filled. I showed up and was assigned with Ameer. He asked if the tires had been ordered! I was confused, being that I gave the size of the tire when I made the appointment so they would be there by the appointment time, also because I don’t work there. Soon after I left, I received a text message so we could relay info if needed. I’ll let the pic of our conversation tell the rest! By the way, when I told him I would just pick up my car, he hung up on me!! I wouldn’t even give 1star if it were possible! Never treated so poorly!!!

OMG Phillip from Jaguar has fully taken care of me!!!!!I have a 2004 X Type Jaguar that used to belong to my mom before she passed. So as you can imagine I am very attached to the car. I first went into Jaguar to get a replacement key made because the original key was stripped. Was told by a previous employee that the key would take 3 weeks to arrive and 5 weeks later still no key. I couldn't get anyone to call me back so I stopped in and that's when I met Phillip in the Service department. He ensured me that he would resolve my issues and stood by his word. Within 24hrs after he made some calls my key arrived. I am so thankful that I met someone who not only go the extra mile to take care of his customers but puts himself in someone else shoes and is very understanding. I greatly appreciate your service. Thanks you!

I bought a new Discovery from Sharon & Brian. They are both very professional and efficient. The dealership was very nice & clean, and everyone was very friendly. Sheldon the finance manager was awesome. Very quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Top A+ service. This is my 3rd vehicle I have purchased from here. Im sure I'll be back in the future for my next one. The owner of this dealership should be very proud to have such an awesome staff!!Service: Financing

Wonderful experience! Michael Canon, sales rep, was absolutely AWESOME! Michael was patient (even with my indecisiveness) throughout the process and showed me several vehicles before I made a decision. Not pushy at all which I appreciated and made sure I was comfortable while I waited for the final cleaning / detailing of my new Land Rover Range Rover Evoque! I'd refer anyone to work with Michael at Jaguar Greensboro!

I took my new Jaguar to the dealership for a car wash and it came out with scratches all over it. They agreed to remove the scratches at no charge, but after three attempts it became apparent they were doing the minimal amount of work to make me stop complaining. Most of their effort went into hiding scratches with wax rather than removing them. At that point I decided to pay $1,000 to a paint repair shop on my own and they successfully removed the scratches in one attempt. There were numerous level 1 and level 2 scratches.

My visit was for a simple DMV inspection but I was treated very nicely while it was done. The waiting room was clean and well lighted; it had free WiFi; I was offered coffee or bottled water; my car was washed. The service person was efficient.

Today was a great day, when dealing with purchasing a new car. 3 years ago I purchased my 1st Jaguar here and Sharon Szeto took great care of me . I knew exactly what I wanted and she delivered. But this month I'd decided on getting an upgrade. Though I live in Charlotte, where a Jaguar dealership is within minutes from me. I recieved the best customer service a little over an hour away in Greensboro. But this time we did every thing via phone calls and texting, which made the transition even smoother and faster. Though they did not have the exact car I want, Sharon Szeto went above and beyond to find me exactly what I want and in a very short amount of time. As a 20 year retired Veteran, that type of customer service cannot go unnoticed. This would make my 2nd time working with Sharon Szeto and she has delivered once again.. I would continue to travel over an hour away for this type of customer service, even though there is a Jaguar dealership right here in Charlotte with very low standards for customer service. The one thing I loved about this place was once noticing I had a concern, it was immediately taken care of and Sheldon there at the Jaguar place went above and beyond to take care of all of my needs and make sure I was very satisfied. For this reason I give a 5 star. I'll say that Brian was always very good as well and very attentive. Brian is very wonderful little answering all my questions and knows alot about the vehicles.

Sharon Szeto is Awesome to work with! I had an appointment on a Saturday to test drive a car and when I arrived she had the car at the front waiting for me. She was VERY accommodating and was easy going thru the entire process! She didn't push into buying any specific vehicle and was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products. She pointed out specific features on each vehicle and I was very impressed with her and her team!

Brought my Jaguar XF in for a factory recall of the front passenger airbag. After it was replaced, I noticed a faint rattling sound that seemed to originate from the front right side of my car. I didn't know if it was in my dashboard or something loose in the front passenger door.Brought it in again and left it for a week and was told they took my dash apart but didn't find anything obvious. So they put it back together and tightened everything, but I still notice a rattling sound coming from the right side of my car. I tightened all the plastic screws in my trunk shelf to make sure that it's not the problem, but I still notice a rattling sound coming from the right side of my car. I'm told that maybe I should take all the door panels off and tighten any screws that seem loose.I've always heard that the newer Jags are well designed but not put together as well as the older Jags of years past. I've come to realize that may be true.The service guys at Greensboro Jaguar are some nice dudes, so I have Nothing negative to say about how I was treated. They were cool and professional and that goes a long way. And at least they sold me a new speaker cover for my dash speaker, that I didn't know was broken. ??♂️
