Been coming here for years after another local big mechanic didn't know what was wrong with my car and said it's where they took their cars... so why not go to the source? They have saved my car on more than one occasion (my car isn't KNOWN for being a well made model) and with reasonable prices. Added Bonuses: friendly staff, always honest and upfront, never tries to sell you a "new air filter" when it doesn't actually need replacing.

I drop off my car at 8am. I don’t get a call, so I call back at 3pm. I’m told they will check it out and will get a call. I never received a call. I’ve been going here for over 8 years and will not return. I’m disappointed at the lack of service and how this place has gone downhill.

Very professional being a tech for 15 years. Was 400 miles away home with no tools. had a small issues with my check engine light was misfiring found the issue pretty quickly was a easy fix shops was extremely clean people were nice.

Beware: This business is full of thieves and criminals!!!!We took our Lexus Cts to Jay' Daltons because my husband was under the assumption that they were honest and fair. We had a blown head gasket and had it towed to the shop. 3000.00 later, and with an air-tight warranty a week later, we picked up the car. It ran great until it blew again a week later. We had it towed back to Jay Daltons thinking they would honor the warranty. They wouldn't even take a look at it and stated it wasn't their work and told us to have it removed! They took our money and washed their hands!!! This place is NOT what they claim to be. Save your money and go anywhere else. Upon reading my review, the technician was very unprofessional and resorted to name calling!I am also receiving hateful comments from the top technician. The truth must have really upset them!
