Best jiffy lube I've been too hands down. Entire crew was great to talk too and got my van in and out in no time and the work they did was super clean. I will definitely be taking my van here for every oil change.

Im new to the area and had a bad experience at a different location but since I had been a loyal Jiffy Lube customer for years- I decided to try this location. The staff were friendly and approachable. They answered my questions quickly and got my inspection done fast. This will be my Jiffy Lube location from now on.

Today**Went back in and sure enough the thermostat gasket had blown and he took the time to run every test after replacing it, refilling and burping the radiator a few times before he was satisfied. He did say if it does it again, by any means, bring it back and they will take it over to Toyota to diagnose it fully to see what's causing it. *fingers crossed it doesn't * The guy was very nice about it. He really needs a vacation. ??**1 week later update**Had to run errands and come to find out my car has started steaming again, just from the house to the bank. So we pulled to autozone and let the car cool and come to find out the overflow tank was about empty and was able to take the radiator cap off and had to refill the radiator and overflow with 1/2-3/4 of a bottle of antifreeze. And then found the leak, right at the thermostat housing. So apparently they didn't put the permatex in to create the seal after all. So my car almost overheated. Good thing I normally check my fluids every week out of habit. I had to get antifreeze anyway which had us coming this way.So now I will be making sure to get another metal housing from my work asap. Hope they can fix it.Well I finally got the first portion of necessary work done on the camry. Thought the rear pads were gone, turned out to be shoes. So it was my front pads which messed up my rotors. So both had to be changed. Rear shoes had to be thoroughly cleaned & adjusted. Turns out when they were taking off the cover, there was so much built up brake dust in the drum from where they weren't adjusted from whoever put them on before. And it was my front pads wearing out which had messed up my rotors. So that was ok to get fixed.Secondary, my thermostat they changed when I asked if they could, and as the guys was putting the housing back on after cleaning it, he went tighten it and the old housing cracked off all the way around the lip so had to order a new one. Was supposed to be metal, warehouse messed up and sent plastic. He said keep an eye on things. It has a 1 year warranty but if it fails before that come back and he will change it free of charge. Also found out not just my valve cover was leaking which I knew, but also my oil pan gasket was leaking so they changed that too. So at first everything was good.

I’ve been going here for years and it all changed Friday. It was a total nightmare, the girl that was supposed to check folks in didn’t. I had to go outside and ask her how long. She never could say. She stayed outside and talked to the three other guys in the bay. I waited close to two hours for an oil change! They weren’t that busy. They simple ignored customers. I saw my car sit untouched for 35 minutes. I had to go outside and ask when will my car be ready. The so called manager finally finished brought my car to the front and never said a word to me. I had to go back outside yet again and ask for my keys and if I could pay. He did not bring my keys to me he left my keys in the car with my door opened. He never apologized for the delay or anything. I And they never put the sticker on my car.!!!!!Thankfully the Real store manager pulled up and handled my complaint. I will never trust this location ever again. Things are way too expensive for folks to take your money and ignore you! This location is clueless. Noooooo customer service exists anymore here! Don’t waste your time.

Came there for an oil change and tire rotation. They could not complete the rotation bc they stated that their lift would not work on my truck (1500 Ram nothing special). I’ve had my tires rotated at stations like this since 2011 without any problems. Now I have to go to another place to get them rotated. Will not be returning to this location.

This Jiffy Lube is awful. They have had so much turnover over the last year and it shows. The new general manager has a terrible attitude. I guess he forgot he was in the customer service business. When I arrived and pulled my car in he did not greet me formally just said pull in and got an attitude immediately and said pulled too close when I was still outside of the bay. I would have given them one star but the technician Jake is always pleasant and does good work. He is the only saving grace. At no point did the general manager who was helping me quote me a price or provide me any details on the service I was receiving. He then came inside after my oil change and state inspection was completed and announced a name to the waiting room where several other people were waiting. The name he announced was not my name but instead a name that was incorrectly put in by the previous management team who instructed me the system could not be updated to accurately display my name. Because he was staying a name that was not mine he then said “get up here dude, you don’t hear me talking to you” I’m not his dude, not his friend, I am a customer. He then said I called your name. I then pointed to my registration laying on the table that he just used to complete my inspection and said this is my name. He then said oh I have to start over then, and handed me the keyboard to do his job. I stated my information was on the paperwork and he said “just type it in” I guess doing his job is not important. I then stated I had a coupon for $25 off and he gave me a price of roughly $122. I swiped my card and he handed me a receipt. When I looked at the receipt I noticed there was no coupon applied and said hey I had a coupon and he said well wait until I bring in this other car. Instead of addressing the issue then and there. I spoke to another technician outside and they said I had to wait for him. He then said you didn’t show me the coupon you have to show it to me, but he never asked when I said I had a coupon. So he said he would have to cancel the first transaction and start over as if he was trying to talk me out of applying the coupon because it was additional work. When he returned the transaction and I saw the credit card terminal light up I went to put my card back in to get the refund. He said “that’s not how you do it” and snatched my card out of my hand. He then proceeded to try to tap the card all over the machine as to use contactless pay…the genius of a general manager didn’t even realize the card was not WiFi enabled therefor contactless pay is not an option. Just for him to give me the card back and ask me to put it back in the machine. I highly do not recommend this Jiffy Lube unless you are in the mood for poor customer service and being overcharged.

Great service! The gentleman who waited on me was kind, funny snd customer service oriented. It was very refreshing. I was in and out with little wait time. Definitely coming back. I drive a Toyota which is also located across the street on Battleground but i have chosen JL each time for my oil changes. Merry Christmas.
