The food is really fresh and tastes great. Appetizer portions are large enough for meals. Soul rolls are great.Varied seating for small or large groups. Love that the preserved some the mill to make the restaurant! Excited about next time.

I have never seen bacon this good before, we had to come back the next day to get it again while we were in town.

By far one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve had. Had to eat it with a knife and fork! The bartender who served us wasn’t great, but it didn’t affect our experience all that much.
Kau is Greensboro's first all encompasing Restaurant, Butcher, and bar. Kau is a New Age Chop House serving everything from sandwiches and salads to steaks, wild caught salmon, kangaroo and elk in a causal atmosphere.
The restaurant houses an in-house butcher, three bars, indoor and outdoor seating and a full service marketplace. Located on the historic Revolution Mill campus with ample parking.
