My 84 yr old mother and I purchased 2 lamps AND received the best, kindest customer service from Pam and Brittany. Pam helped assemble the lamps from the box. She got a chair for my mother who needed a rest. And, she helped me carry the lamps to my car! Brittany solved a tricky part of the assembly and sealed the sale for us! The experience brought much needed light to my mother's home and light to my heart.

I'm glad you have some good reviews, but after using Several cans of your salmon I had a horrible experience. I was using your canned salmon and was almost Sick when out came large amounts of snake-like skin, and in good measure for a small can of salmon.

I was greeted immediately the second i stepped into the door, I was asked if I needed anything whilst looking around. The manager at the store was extremely nice, welcoming, and super helpful. Her name was Aida, she is awesome!

I picked up an order at this store. Mindi waited on me. She was so pleasant and helpful. This was my first time in the store and it is so nice. Lots of home decor and holiday decorations. The store is neat and well organized. A lot of items to select from and the prices are very reasonable.

Me love Kirkland's! Always find something unique and trendy for the home! Found a monogrammed pumpkin for the front porch, reduced to half price, then $10 in bonus bucks. Ended up costing $10! Can we say, Me LOVE Kirkland's?!!!?

I recently went into Kirkland's Home Decor store in Friendly Center, and had an amazing experience. I received very excellent customer service from a young lady (with long flowing black dreadlocks) who identified herself as a recently hired manager.She suggested several items that she thought would be great purchases, before I settled on this amazing scented candle.Very knowledgeable, approachable, and great energy, I like what they are doing at this Kirkland store, and kudos go out to the store manager for having such an amazing team. Will definitely be back.

I and my spouse have frequent the store on all our trips to Greensboro, we usually stop in after our doctor visits, and spend a little time enjoying their gift shop. During the last 15 years when we went we usually had our dog with us. Our dog has never interfered in the stores business or made a mess in their store. Today I was abruptly told that I had to remove my dog from their premises, that they did not allow pets. 1 we've had our dog in the store for the last 15 years, 2 there's no sign stating that's pets not allowed, when I questioned why? I was abruptly told that store policy and I'm the new manager, you need to take your dog out .I said that will be fine, I will be glad to leave and I do not have to come back. So this day was my last day that I will shop Kirkland's. You have alienated a long-term and spending customer with your company. I encourage all pet owners to boycott Kirkland's, maybe they'll get the drift. 9/29/23

I love this store! I have bought several home decor items over the years and still use all of it. Today I picked up a couple of online orders. Mindy was so nice and pleasant. Such a great asset to the sales team!
