I dealt with Diane. She's knowledgeable and helpful. She knows her products and everything about what's in her store. Most importantly, she's not pushy. I sat in two chairs (repeatedly) and will return next week to buy one.
Diane was out the day I decided to pull the trigger and called. So I worked with Lawrence. He added a swivel mechanism to the chair. Then, we agreed on a price and bought the chair that Diane had worked with us on.
Delivery was quick and efficient. Our Harbor Town swivel rocker recliner is now in its new residence. Think I'll go take a nap.

What a great experience! Meghan was a wonderful salesperson...knowledgeable, professional, and very competent! Delivery was good (except no one called the day before). Chair was perfect...no dings, tears, or problems. And it's so comfortable and beautiful, this was a repeat order!

Excellent customer service at the Greensboro, NC location with each visit. Great communications regarding order, delivery and follow up. Delivery personnel were very polite and knew exactly what they were doing. Took no time to set up and review how to work remote. Thank you!!!

I bought a recliner from here 8/24/24. The sales lady didn’t tell me that there was a time limit if I had issues with the chair. 3 days…About 4 months in, the seat is flaking apart. I called and was told that I’m out of the service area for them to come fix it. I live 1 1/2 hours away from this store. I called corporate and they don’t even have the decency to get back with me. I called a local upholsterer to have it fixed. They told me that my chair is not leather but vinyl. So I paid 2k for a cheap knock off. La Z Boy seams to care more about quantity, not quality. Not buying another one.

We paid A LOT of money for a reclining chair for my nursery and we received a crappy, defective chair. There were stitches coming out, we flipped the chair and the wood was underneath was chipped and one of the legs had a crack. We didnt keep it, obviously, and we hope they hurry up calling us with the updated new chair to be delivered....

So happy I came here and found my recliner..it was delivered on time and the men who delivered it was so helpful..perfect gentlemen..this is my 2nd recliner from Lazy Z boy..I love it…most importantly, it’s all Leather this time, soooo soft…Looks great…
