We purchased from La-Z-Boy 4 times but our last purchase will probably be our last. We waited 8 months to receive the furniture. The wait had been predicted to us so that isn't the real issue. One recliner came in missing a piece of cloth that would hide the metal frame. I contacted the company by email including a picture. They never responded in any manner. We also paid extra for each piece of furniture to have the fabric treated to resist stains. I do not believe any of the furniture was treated. I spilled water on an arm and it soaked it up like a sponge. One chair is off white and used very little but has started showing some stain on the arms. I tried cleaning it tonight and it did not come clean like it should have. Bottom line, their quality isn't what it once was and customer service is non-existent. Never again will I spend extra money on the La-Z-Boy brand and get no service and poor quality.

After my experience, i would NOT recommend this store. We ordered a bunch of furnitures from kitchen, living room and bedroom, i even included the rugs for living room and 2 dining rooms. We spent quite a bit of money in to this store and in the end i am very disappointed.After picking out all furnitures that i like, we went through every piece that i would like to buy and all items are there! We paid half of the price as down payment to process the order. Took two weeks before they delivered the items that are available because they only deliver on thursdays. So, we have to make time for them. (Ok - thats fine, i guess. Didn't have a choice)Then we have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for the ones that are not available which i get it because they have to make the furnitures.Emailed back and forth with the sales agent and i listed all the ones that are still coming and responded that "yes they are on the way to maryland" (their distribution center i guess)Then she emailed us that we have to pay the balance and they are going to deliver the rest of the furnitures. So, we went ahead and pay them in full without hesitation because we TRUSTED them....Now that we supposed to have ALL items, she's telling me that the most important piece that i coordinate all the colors with was missed and not included.....? And emailed me that they have the chair in store that cost another thousand dollars plus taxes.Then the other chair for dining is broken and told us that the base for one of our living room chair is not ready yet.... So, we are still waiting for that and the replacement for broken chair. This is after being fully paid!So, disappointing!!!!One thing is for sure, i am not going to spend another dime in to that store.She apologize for what happened but didnt even ask how they can make it right, maybe because we already paid them full. So, they didnt care....?This store is not worth the stress and money.Better go somewhere else!

On 2022 I purchased a leather sofa. I also purchased a 5 year warranty plan. In January 2024. I called La-z-boy to Let them know the stitching on the armrest was coming undone. La-z-boy told me that I only had One year warranty on the Stitching, and therefore, they would not repair the Stitching on the armrest of my leather couch. I replied back that I purchased a five year warranty on The couch and their craftsmanship work should be under warranty for more a year La-Z-Boy Told me to contact customer care to schedule an appointment for them to come and look at the couch. When I called them I Had to pre-pay before they would come and look at the couch. Service man came and took pictures and about 10 days later lady call back and gave me three options. Of how I could pay to repair my Leather couch. The first two options. Were going to cost me over $500 and they could not guarantee the leather would not match The Leather couch. The third option was I could call a. seamstress To come out and repair The stitching on the armrest And they would refund half my money back. I live in A small town. They or no.seamstress In my town. I feel like La-z-boy Should Repair my leather couch! La-z-boy claims to have good solid furniture and they should stand Behind their craftsmanship for more than a year warranty!!! I paid a lot for this leather Couch and I’m still making payments!!! I have no children, and it is not used on a daily basis. If La-z-boy Cannot Stand Behind their craftsmanship Better Then this, then I would never purchase another piece of furniture from them again!

I would recommend the La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery to any and everyone in Greensboro. I have not received my furniture yet, but the purchasing was incredible. I worked with Wendy who was absolutely awesome. When I was unable to come in, she took pictures and sent me exactly what I needed. Overall a wonderful experience. La-A-Boy is a win-win.

I went in just to look at rocker recliners. The sales consultant was very friendly and helpful showing me all the different styles and options. The selection was great. I ended up purchasing a recliner. The financing process was easy. Great warranty. All in all it was an easy experience. Can’t wait to receive my recliner.

Chris was the best! He helped us find the right recliner for our living room at an incredible price. No pressure at all to buy. The delivery guys came right on time and set it up in no time. Best experience we have had ever shopping for furniture. We will be back!

I paid over $2000 for an electric Lazy Boy recliner. In less than three months of purchase I go to sit in it and relax, but it doesn't work. After working with it for several minutes I decided to flip it over and take a look. There was a handful of plastic parks that had broken and fell on the carpet under the chair. After a period of time, looking at everything and evaluating it. It is of my opinion that it was poorly assembled with many plastic and cheap parts. The more I use the chair the more I realize how sorry I am for making this purchase. The recliner chair is not very comfortable , poorly designed, and now looks like it's going to be a problem! I drove to the store and took all the parts and explained everything. I am now having to deal with an individual thats been assigned from the store to make the repairs. This is a part-time job at night and some weekends that he has to evaluate the situation order parts and come back to make the repairs. This has become very time-consuming and drawn out to say the least.

The wide selection of recliners made it easy to find exactly what I wanted. The Rowan rocking recliner I chose is very comfortable and a good size. It looks very nice in gray leather and doesn't scream recliner like some of the larger ones. Even on sale it was a bit pricey, but worth it. The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Wendy was fantastic to work with in choosing my new recliner. She spent all the time I needed to select the model, color, fabric, etc. The only issue is that I was given a delivery date of today but no recliner or call to tell me there was a delay. I sat at home all day awaiting the call and/or delivery. I called the store and was told that my purchase was not yet available though I specifically ordered a chair that supposedly was in stock. Now I seriously doubt that I'll get the chair before Thanksgiving thus an empty space in my den since the old chair has been done away with today. This is the first time I've had an issue with this store as I've purchased several items previously but customer service after the sale is mandatory! Not a happy camper right now.
