I didn’t have the best experience there. Gave me wrong info about my 2019 tax and made me miss the deadline. All thought my 2022 taxes were filed, but it was a lot of waste of time that could have been avoided if the tax export listened to anything I had to say. They do have great customer service but CL can work on her listening and proper information for the customers. I miss the 2019 deadline by like 3 days.

A young lady that goes by CL was very informative and helpful. I left a tax company that has been doing my taxes for over 30years. I will be back for her next year!! Liberty has a new customer!!

The tax preparer initial CL provided superb customer service and was very informative and patient! If had to rate my experience on a number scale of 1 - 10 she was a 12! Thank you Liberty for providing a family like atmosphere!

Kavon is the BEST Liberty Tax employee in the world!!!!I will NEVER go to any else. Both my kids are with him as well. Kavon is very very knowledgeable and is the BEST in what he does!!Liberty Tax need to hire MORE PEOPLE LIKE Kavon.
