My husband almost passed away and is out of work. It's been over 6 weeks and everyday something else is needed or delayed. We are about to lose everything and be homeless. They do everything in their power not to pay out on short term disability policies. They don't care about people.

They ask for things like an E.O.B and in Michigan it takes 3 months to get in some cases like mine and after you get it and send it in they tell you that they need more paperwork that over passes your situation to block you from getting payed I suggest not doing business with them

Please don’t deal with these people at all. This is a terrible customer service company. I’ve had a 30 year life insurance policy and all they do is ask for more money with new service never been associated with such poor customer service in my life.
