Very incompetent staff and bad service. I was put on hold and transferred over and over again to store manager for 45 mins, which eventually went nowhere. Some store manager named "Dan" just disappeared on me. When they transfer calls again after his designated 20 mins wait time for me, he never picked up the phone as he promised. In terms of my question, everyone was giving me different answers. Next time, I will go to their competitors then. Moreover, their delivery service was a nightmare, and I fileded the complaint to their corporate customer service already.

I had Aziz helped me in the store. He was amazing and showed me exactly what I needed to get to fix the problem I had. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent customer care.

Update… decided to try them once again on 1/27, another horrible experience. Their customer service at this location is non-existent. Purchased something online to pick up at this store that the website said was in stock and would be available within 3 hours. Showed up after 3 hours and they didn’t have it. Was told my options were to cancel or go to another store, in which another nearby store had “2,” and a further away one had “9.” I asked them to call to verify that they really had two, and she said she didn’t have time to do that and I would have to call them. I told her that they have already inconvenienced the customer by having me come there to pick up an item that was supposedly in stock, and I should not have to call the other store to verify, that the proper thing to do would be for them to call and verify. End-result… I had to spend another hour or more driving to another store further away and lost the online discount. So I paid more and wasted several hours and endured horrific service at this location. No more chances from me. This store needs to hire better people with service skills.—Terrible experience. Ordered an appliance 2 weeks ago. Had to continuously reach out to them and go to the store to get information about where my order was. They were supposed to deliver it today finally (2 weeks later), and then they called saying they "couldn't find it" when it was in their store. Proceed to call the store - on hold 15 minutes, called again - on hold 30 minutes, - called on another line - on hold again and finally got an assistant manager.They were trying to make it right. He said they had the item in stock. They called me back and now said it would one week from today - April 5th! I'm through with these idiots. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. DONE. Going to Home Depot from now on.

The customer service at the front is always good but on the floor is it often very poor. I had two employees discuss his love life pretty much right next to me for about 20 minutes, never asking me if I needed anything.
