“I decided to take my sons here to knock out some school shopping while we were in town. I myself am a retail manager at a shoe store. This was by far the best customer service experience I have had. From the moment we walked in we were greeted, to the sales representative addressing our reason for the visit, to bringing us personalized recommendations of promotion items they had on sale. They were awesome. I would love you know if your training is giving at company level before in-store or if management is training employees. Whatever you are doing it is working.”

“I absolutely love this store, I only shop here for my children who are tall and skinny. They have the perfect fitting skinny Jeans with the length and xs tops. Customer service is great. 1 young lady helped me order Jeans online and told me if I order at the store it's always free shipping. It only took a few days for the jeans to arrive.”

“we love this store especially since the boost mobile manager is the manager here. she always helps my husband find the clothing he needs and if they dont have it in manages to order it for us. some of the other workers are rude and usually tend to be on the phone not putting the customers needs first. this store always has a huge variety of clothing for big men. i recomend this store for all the big and tall men and they also have great prices. thanks again stephanie”

“Great experience. Really needed a suit for desperately as my previous one ripped up. I searched a couple of places to find the right suit unfortunately couldn’t find what I liked. So came here to give it a shot. My man Ramon definitely hooked me up with the right fit. Helped me find a coat that fit perfectly. One advice that helped and is true was black goes with everything. While there I also thought why not buy a vest to go with it as I liked the color light blue so bought that to. Price was reasonable as well. All in all great shopping experience. Now I know where to go for dress up occasions.”

I suggest that they look outside of their own demographic circle and help everyone who walks into the store.
