The manager of this store on coliseum boulevard Greensboro North Carolina is the absolute devil she is a liar a terrible person with a absolutely terrible terrible attitude. I wouldn't recommend anybody going to the store at coliseum boulevard she is the nastiest person I have ever met and I have never been treated so rudely

The phone I was given had been used before but I paid for a new phone. The girl would not exchange it or return it. I only had it for one day. Plus she was rude. If you want new products and good customer service do not go to this location.

Terrible service I went in for help and got nothing but i cant help you and excuses come june 1st i will be leaving metro! they make mistakes and its just oh we did it but thats that after 6 years this is the kind of treatment I get. Dont waster your time customer service is terrible and full of excuses do better metro do better
