Went there to get a new phone and also switch plans. I had the WORST customer service representative I’ve EVER had. His name was Mark ( Tall , Glasses , Bald ). Immediately knew he knew nothing about his job when I asked what colors the phones came in and he had absolutely NO idea. The entirety of the process was miserable from start ti finish. If you do go to this location I prefer you stay away from Mark as he will make your process very frustrating.

One word... Awesome!!! The staff there is incredibly knowledgeable and one has truly stood out. He has helped me with my kids plan way more than anyone I have ever dealt with. He always encourages us to come back to find new products and helped us get on the best affordable plan the company has to offer. He even suggested a few programs to help lower the monthly plans costs! Who does that? He did!! I will edit this review or I will do another review with the young man's name. I promise you if you're a metro customer he will not disappoint you and the best thing is with prices going up and my money going down, he never judged me. He was always eager to help even with add ons like screen protectors. We will definitely continue to have metro service as long as he is employed there!

Went to inquire about the new Apple Watch and the sales person couldn’t tell me anything about it he said I could google it and then said to me well you can just go to another T-Mobile and check out the specs on it.. now I use to work for T-Mobile and I know for a fact we take trainings on new products so we have knowledge on them and can sale the products and answer questions customers may have but I’ll never return to this location again. I didn’t get his name but he wears glasses African American and is a little plump but thanks and I hope he’s better woth other customers when they come in and are asking about new product.

Ordered a phone and service online. Was charged $55 and transaction was processed. It goes to next screen which says my order was cancelled bc they couldn't verify my identity??????? They took my money. Ive called their customer service everyday and they deny that they have charged my card. Going on a week and im out $55 with no phone and Metro just shrugs its shoulders. "We have no record of charges to your card" they say as im looking right at my account statement and seeing big letters 4-21-23 Metroby-Tmobile $55.

Jessica is the person to request to speak to if you want to have a great customer service experience in person at this location.Jessica is friendly, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.This was my first time meeting her to discuss Metro phone service options.I hope that this accolade is placed in her permanent employee file.

I have been with MetroPCS for about 8-9 years and I have NEVER been treated so terrible in my whole life. The sells rep told me that my phone was 150$ and I could get on a smart payment until the $150 Is paid off. So I paid $97 and left happy. When I got back to work I checked my email and the smart pay was charging me $728 for the phone..i was very upset that the Rep.(Jessica) from the store had given me misleading information to make a sell. She failed to mention that the payment plan would be for a period of 11 months, she added insurance to the phone with out my permission bring my bill up to $65 a month and she definitely did not tell me that upgrades are non refundable or I wouldnt have taken off work half way through my shift to return the phone. I called customer service because the store wouldn't answer the phone.The customer service rep told me to return the phone to the store because it was within 7 days and I had only had the phone for 1 hour. When I arrived at the store they refused to take the phone back and refused to give me a refund even though I only had the phone for an hour. They told me that in order to take me off the smart payment plan I HAD to pay for the phone in Full. So on top of me paying $97 the first time I had to also pay an additional$161 in order to have a phone to use. The reps were not nice at all. They laughed and joked all around me and had me standing around with no solution for an hour an a half. I have been trying to speak to someone in corporate and make a formal complaint for two days now and it has gotten me nowhere. I am not a satisfied LOYAL customer and I was treated very poorly and unfair from start to finish. What was suppose to be a simple upgrade transaction turned into a total nightmare in which I had to pay way more money than I should have . Please have someone contact me ASAP.this took place on 01/04/2023At the MetroPCS address3718 west gate city Blvd Greensboro NC 27407
