I entered the store and the girl said that the manager Brenda couldn't help at all, she had to change the phone and I brought mine and she overcharged me and also added a home internet and gave me tablets that I didn't ask for and my vile never at all The years with the subway I have seen it so expensive and he did not want to cancel it and he wanted me to pay them if you want me to steal your money keep coming to this one but will never return to this store they are thieves

Customer service was great but the young lady that helped me over charged me and I only asked to activate two lines went to look at my account and it's a third line activated that I did not ask for don't know what kind of scam she pulling but I am not paying for the third line and I want my money back for it

Amanda was awesome, she is at market st. We had went to the one in waughtown, the lady there was awful no customer service not willing to help but Amanda went above and beyond! So if you want great customer service go to the one on market Street in Greensboro!

I had an amazing experience at this location, Amanda took care of us and was able to answer all of our question, she was very specific when going over the details very professional and very honest, definitely coming back again if I need to get assitant, thank you!!
