MyEyeDr. is a trusted community eye doctor providing vision health care and eyewear. The staff, including technicians and front desk personnel, are frequently described as amazing, pleasant, courteous, professional, kind, helpful, patient, supportive, and understanding. Customer service is called unmatched, wonderful, first class, and above and beyond, with staff making patients feel comfortable and at ease. They offer a great experience and a smooth, stress-free visit, efficiently handling examinations and fittings. The business welcomes all insurances and has a great selection of eyewear with lots of choices. However, some patients report a mixed experience regarding appointment format. There were instances where a routine in-person appointment was unexpectedly conducted virtually via tablet without prior communication, which was disappointing. For patients comfortable with virtual consultations or with basic needs, the technology works well and is efficient. The staff are gracious and flexible in handling these situations. Nonetheless, some patients strongly prefer in-person care and were caught off guard, affecting their future choice of provider.
Myself and both children needed to be seen today. Everyone was very helpful and Dr. Tubolino was professional and knowledgeable. Amina was helpful when picking out glasses.

They were fantastic. Amina and another young lady helped. I don’t remember her name I just remember that she was from Turkey. They were so friendly, informative, and helpful. I just moved to NC so they made this a great experience. I would give 10 stars if I could!
