I bought replacement net from these guys and returned it I had to pay for the shipping but I am trying to reach out to customer service for refund status. No sign of any reply for my emails and when I call them I had to wait 1 whole hour. Pathetic! Pathetic! Pathetic! Don't ever buy from this website

Horrible experience and product. I ordered a batting cage and they gave me one that was a completely different gauge than what I ordered. They said I had to pay for shipping to send it back. The cage is 2 weeks old and has 10 holes in it already. Complete trash.

The customer service is excellent! I was missing a part of my order due to the box being damaged in shipping, and they expedited the missing part right away! Always received a response from customer service and they were courteous and patient.
